設施都是新的，包括淋浴，空調啥的，服務也特別好，一開始給房間訂錯了，提前一天訂的，然後小姐姐也特別好説，打電話讓再往後續一天，衞生打掃的也特別乾淨，很便宜，對於學生黨來説很友好。距離景區也就四五百米。

房子是平房改造，臨近街，拿行李比較方便。進門右邊第一間房間，一廳一室，廳裏面沒有空調，沒有電視，夜晚寒冷。沒有一次性拖鞋#停車停車方便#早餐沒有早餐#位置交通離萬歲山近#衞生尚可
