The staffs are helpful and kind. The location is good, near to local landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable.

Big, beautiful room but there was no window and no garden view. I booked the family room since I was traveling with my nephew.
However, there was no wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. The doors to the shower and bathroom were glass.
The hotel staff were friendly.
The location was not ideal and its very dark around the hotel.

Location is good.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was very tasty, it was worth buying, glad, i did.

Pretty good location, right nearby all the local landmarks. Was clean, good service, quiet - all you need to expect from a chain brand hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay.

Hotel is in the central, near market and tourist sites. kaifeng museum had moved to area near the high speed rail statio which is 20km+ from hotel.
Love the basic luxurious hotel room, cleanliness and comfort.

Pretty central location within 15/20mins from two of the main foo streets/night market, 3mins from one of the lake and 20mins from the main temple. Rooms are surprise-less Ibis Styles and do the job well. Patient and helpful staff, including calling a didi (hail riding in China) to go to the North railway station (quite out of town). Breakfast disappointing for western taste buds
