The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around with plenty of amenities nearby. It's also very quiet. They offer a pick-up and drop-off service, which was great for getting to the scenic spots easily. The front desk staff were very welcoming. My only regret is that my stay was too short; I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

We stayed at this hotel after visiting Wansuishan with our child, and they absolutely loved it. The hotel has excellent facilities, beautiful garden views, and even features mini horses, peacocks, rabbits, and other small animals. There's also a slide and a children's pool. It's very close to Wansuishan, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient.

Great! The resort grounds are extensive and even have a courtyard. You can also feed the kittens, and the hotel's dining options are good too. It's conveniently located between Qingyuan Garden and Wuxia City, with a shuttle service for getting around. There are also several local restaurant branches at nearby intersections to choose from.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with the front entrance offering walking access to Qingyuan Garden and the back entrance leading to Wansui Mountain. It's truly the perfect choice for families with children. The 24-hour shuttle service is incredibly convenient! The hotel seamlessly blends Chinese aesthetics with modern architecture, and the chrysanthemum theme beautifully reflects Song Dynasty artistry. The customer service staff are all incredibly friendly. The front desk receptionist, Ms. 22, was particularly warm and charming. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a double happy hour, so our two adults and two children could enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. The minibar was also restocked daily for free. On our check-out day, we were given a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful! The photography shop near the front desk also allows for advance bookings, offering makeup and a follow-up photoshoot for 698. You can first choose your outfit, then receive one-on-one makeup and a two-hour-plus one-on-one hairstyle session. Our trip was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable. It truly lives up to its reputation as a historic city!

This hotel is truly luxurious and perfect for a vacation. Its location is excellent, close to attractions yet surprisingly quiet. The property boasts extensive lawns, a beautiful lotus pond, and even adorable mini-horses, rabbits, and peacocks. The service is incredibly personalized; they genuinely pay attention to your booking notes and arrange things thoughtfully. The gym is fantastic, and the restaurant is also quite good, allowing you to enjoy delicious food while keeping up with your fitness routine during your travels.

The hotel is huge with a wonderful ambiance. The service was excellent. They even have a golf cart to take you to the entrance. It's conveniently located near the Duan Gate of Qingming Shanghe Garden. Plus, there's a free petting zoo for kids to enjoy.

This is a must-stay hotel when visiting Kaifeng! The hotel grounds are as vast as a park, and they even offer a shuttle service to Wansui Mountain and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The food is delicious and the portions are so generous you'll be stuffed. After exploring in the morning, we came back to the hotel and went for a swim after lunch. The pool was clean and hygienic, and there was even a dedicated massage pool. Our room had a huge balcony with picturesque views. The staff were all warm and genuine. This trip was definitely worth it!

This hotel is the pinnacle of accommodation in Kaifeng! The Song-style gardens are incredibly picturesque and perfect for photos! It's a traditional Chinese-style hotel offering a serene escape amidst the bustling city. The entire garden area, complete with a lake, is fantastic for strolling. The location is absolutely superb, right between two major scenic spots, and a free shuttle service is available on demand. The garden environment is elegant, the rooms are spacious, and the pool is clean. It's a perfect experience for a family trip!

Overall: Excellent, my top choice for future stays in Kaifeng. Pros: To be specific, the environment and facilities absolutely blow other Kaifeng hotels out of the water. The design is very strong without sacrificing practicality. The suite's internal layout is quite reasonable. Breakfast felt pretty good, especially the dining environment. The high ceilings in the room were very comfortable, giving a sense of space, and the decor details were very high-end. Cons: The living room and bedroom in the suite face a low shrub wall, but there's also a path outside where people can walk, so privacy is a bit of an issue. If you don't close the curtains and someone happens to walk by, you're like a fish in a fishbowl. The welcome dessert platter was exquisite, but not tasty, and it was left in the room from check-in until check-out without being removed. The sliding closet door wouldn't close completely and would slowly slide open on its own (a bit eerie at night). There were also some hygiene issues, but I've already provided feedback to the hotel, and I'm confident they will improve. Despite a few issues, the hotel's environment, location, facilities, and service attitude are all superb. There's no reason for me not to choose it again. One of the hotel's entrances is right at the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and the other is at the Wansui Mountain entrance. Those visiting Kaifeng should definitely give it a try; I don't think you'll find a better option.
