The room was nice, and Front Desk Agent Xiao Yang provided excellent service, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

I stayed for 4 consecutive days, and the hotel upgraded my room type. The hotel was excellent, the room was very comfortable, and parking was convenient. It was also very easy to get to the tourist attractions! A big thank you again to Xiao Lian at the front desk, who truly provided a five-star service! Any issues were handled promptly! The hotel is fortunate to have such a great employee!

This hotel is pretty good. It's clean, the breakfast spread is quite varied, and the staff are all very polite.

The room was great, and the breakfast was good too. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops and authentic local food nearby. I stayed on the 12th floor, and the morning sun was beautiful, perfectly complemented by the lake view to the right – it made for some fantastic photos!

The room was clean and tidy, thanks to the hard-working housekeeping staff. The service staff were also very warm and attentive. However, the overall hotel facilities and decor are old and look a bit dirty. The step outside the elevator door was actually loose. When I first entered the room, there was a damp feeling, and the bedding felt clammy, though it improved after running the air conditioning for a while. The bed creaked every time I turned over. Although the towels were clean, they looked dark and frayed at the edges. There was noticeable water stain buildup in the corners of the bathroom, and some of the floor tiles were already broken. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and noteworthy. There's an outdoor parking lot, which makes getting in and out quite convenient, and the hotel's location is also easily accessible.

The room wasn't huge, but it was incredibly comfortable, and the location was fantastic! The front desk even upgraded us for free to a room with the best view. The breakfast at Choice Hotels is pretty standard, but there's an amazing food street right behind the hotel with tons of delicious options! The complimentary laundry room at the hotel was also a huge plus! This is a great choice for families traveling to Kaifeng on a budget.

The hotel's location is decent, and the rooms are good. It's also very conveniently situated. Breakfast was okay, and getting around was quite easy. We were very impressed. Definitely worth recommending.
