This hotel has its pros and cons, both quite noticeable. Pros: It's very close to Wansuishan and Qingyuan, and the hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service that picks you up and drops you off instantly. Although check-in is officially at 4 PM, I was allowed to check in early at 1:30 PM. A bellhop also helped with my luggage upon arrival. Cons: The water pressure from both the faucet and the showerhead was extremely low, probably the lowest I've experienced in any hotel. Furthermore, the faucet was quite far from the sink, making it very inconvenient to wash up. There's no automatic toilet, so some facilities feel a bit outdated. Also, the shower and the soaking tub are combined into one unit. Aside from potential hygiene concerns, simply walking in there feels slippery, indicating a significant design flaw.

Traveled with my mom and stayed at this hotel, and we were absolutely delighted! It's conveniently located right across from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just a three to four-minute walk away. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was comfortable, and most importantly, it was very quiet! While the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was thoughtfully prepared, and every item was high-quality. The service was also excellent, with the staff being warm, attentive, and proactive in helping with our luggage. The hotel even offers complimentary roasted sweet potatoes and white fungus and red date soup, along with a tea room and a library.

This is arguably the best 5-star hotel in Kaifeng city, located within the Jinmingchi Scenic Area, directly across the lake from Baojin Tower. The buffet breakfast restaurant has a back entrance on its outdoor terrace, allowing guests direct card access to the lakeside walking path. After a satisfying meal, a leisurely stroll around the lake takes about half an hour, perfect for digestion and exercise. The Peking duck set meal at Baiyuan Chinese Restaurant for dinner was absolutely delicious. The Peking duck, candied eggplant, braised pork hock, spicy duck head, sweet and sour pork, and duck bone soup were all incredibly fresh and tasty. The room was clean and tidy, featuring a large balcony that offers stunning views of Jinmingchi, perfect for enjoying the scenery, sipping tea, and relaxing.

This hotel is very close to both entrances of Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, so I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the park. After watching the Iron Flower show, a lot of people were trying to hail taxis at the park exit, which meant a long wait. Staying here was super convenient because I could just walk back to the hotel. The owner even upgraded my room. There was a bit of street noise, but I always sleep with earplugs, so it didn't bother me at all. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

This hotel is super close to the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden scenic area. It's just a 5-minute electric scooter ride from the entrance, and you can even enjoy the beautiful scenery along the river – it's really lovely! 😊 It's also convenient to walk there or take a ride-sharing service for just a few yuan. The whole hotel feels quite new and is generally quiet. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable. On the first floor, you'll find the gym, laundry room, and restaurant, all logically arranged. The front desk staff are also very welcoming, always greeting you when you come and go. 🙋 The breakfast selection is decent, and all the ingredients seem fresh. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance! (However, on the first night, I was woken up around 6 or 7 AM by a wedding – it was quite noisy for a while... It affected my sleep a bit, but I guess that's a special circumstance and nothing could be done about it...)

I have stayed at the Yilong Anyue hotel in Rizhao before. At that time, the overall facilities and services of the family room booked were very satisfactory, so this time I went to Kaifeng and chose Yilong Anyue. First of all, the location of the hotel is good. There is an old store opposite the door to eat. It is not far from the surrounding area. The shared electric car is also within 3 kilometers. The traffic situation in Kaifeng is more chaotic. Be careful of tricycles. Then back to the hotel, eLong Anyue seems to be non-standard in the overall layout, not the kind of Huazhu Club, so the room booked this time is completely two styles, the room area is quite large, but the hot water will have a musty smell, including the bathroom and washbasin, the bathroom does not have ventilation, The taste will be heavier, the main puzzle is the layout of the strange washing space, the bathroom and bathroom are separate places, that is to say, the bath can be taken off and changed clothes in the bathroom, the space is small, and the musty smell is heavy, the bathroom floor does not seem to be cleaned every day, There is a sense of stickiness. Every day, how to say it, it is indeed cleaned, but if it is compared with other hotels, the gap is still quite big. The front desk service is very good, the biggest complaint point is in the room's health and the strange layout. There are also many places to eat breakfast around the hotel.

Everything about this hotel – its environment, facilities, cleanliness, and service – was thoroughly satisfying. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by Kaifeng Bianxi Lake, offering beautiful lake views both morning and evening. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide an unobstructed panorama. The hotel is fully equipped with everything you might need, from a refrigerator and safe to an iron, and even things you might not expect. The service was highly professional and attentive, and the room service was exceptionally thoughtful and thorough. The hotel's breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes and great flavors. Overall, the experience at this hotel was superb, and if I have the chance to visit Kaifeng again, I would definitely choose the Sheraton.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the smell was quite strong. They couldn't provide an air purifier. My original room on the second floor had a very strong smell, so after I reported it to the front desk, they moved me to a first-floor room where the smell was a bit milder. The good points are that the service is very good, and the breakfast is quite extensive. It's also very close to the Wansuishan scenic area, which is convenient.

The sink was the dirtiest I've ever seen in a hotel, with a dead cockroach in it and yellowish stains in all four corners. I don't know how housekeeping cleans. The front desk staff and the noodle stall attendant were both very nice. The parking lot under the hotel is also great, spacious with charging stations, which is convenient for those driving. Although the room came with sweet soup and cookies 🍪, I still have to complain about the hygiene; it really doesn't match a star-rated hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room was spotless, parking was very convenient, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. The hotel environment was quiet, ensuring an undisturbed rest. The location is excellent, with easy access to dining and shopping, and I slept soundly through the night. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money. Definitely worth another visit!
