酒店大堂、走廊等環境整體尚可，但是房間不大，為了拍出房間全貌，照片拉了個廣角。訂了2間江景大床房，給的房間一間有陽台，一間沒有陽台，但價格是一樣的……而那間沒有陽台的房間就顯得小很多了。
酒店服務還是很熱情的，但是衞生狀況實在有待加強，廁紙就這麼放在水槽下的架子上，而且那個架子上肉眼就能看出不乾淨有灰；枕頭泛黃泛黑且有污漬，而且有異味。入住的時候住客也不算多，這樣的衞生狀況實在令人不滿。
早餐廳不大，種類也不算豐富，但是阿姨現煮的那碗麪倒是意外的好吃。

環境：優良。有山有溪空氣清晰。
服務：前台主動熱情耐心周到，有求必應有問必答，介紹的飯店很棒好吃！
停車：有門口車位及地下停車場（寬暢），直接可以乘電梯到前台和客房。
總結：賓至如歸，值得推薦！

這是我第五次到開化來了，此次入住在古溪酒店，沒想到出人意料地好，酒店有自己的地下停車場，停車很方便，關鍵是客房乾淨、明亮，服務態度也好，有點小問題老闆親自解決，很暖心。

房間設施齊全，非常乾淨，床上用品較新，非常整潔。我們是去潮州的路上順便住夜的，因離高速比較近，就選了開化的這個酒店。價亷物美，前台小姐姐特意幫我們升級了房間，晚上非常安靜。早餐也很好吃！

房間很新，設備也很不錯，有地下車庫，但是偏小。早餐不是很豐富，但是有現煮的餛飩麪條，，可以自己煎雞蛋，蠻有樂趣的。衢州旅遊最後一站，逛了根雕博物館
