"This hotel is the only relatively large one in the county. The price during the New Year is around 700 but even that is lower than the room standard in Vienna. First of all, the hotel does not prohibit smoking. There are no non-smoking rooms. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and human oil. Secondly, there are small flying insects in the bathroom. It was only after we boiled hot water every day and flushed all the sewers that the problem was solved. The service staff provided normal reception and performed their duties. But there was a receptionist who seemed to be a temporary worker during the Chinese New Year and had no training and was just trying to get by. He knows nothing about anything. I asked politely but the other party didn't even look up or respond. After being asked again, he said he didn't know, and without raising his head, pointed behind him and told the customer to find the restaurant and someone who knew the situation. I can only say that I had no choice but to live here. Better than sleeping on the streets👍"
