第一次來住，因為是用積分兑換的，先説優點吧，停車不錯，停不下可以停充電站裡邊，旁邊有個很大的充電站，快慢充都有。總體環境還可以，窗户朝內，比較安靜，休息的不錯，熱水還可以洗澡舒服的，前台服務比較熱情的，這個好評。
缺點是這個房間可能是最低價的，有點小，這個可以接受，但是空調估計很久沒清潔，開了就有異味，尿騷味，後來我去加了一個被子，結果送來以後，直接堆我床上，如圖，讓我自己套，這麼多年我第一次遇到這種情況，比較驚訝🫢

房間挺大的，電視節目還挺豐富，隔音啥的也都不錯。衞生間是乾濕分離的，但是設施確實老了一些，淋浴房的膠條都老化了導致洗完澡外面地上會有一些濕，另外洗手枱的龍頭也生銹了，窗户的把手也沒有了。在走廊裏抽煙的人也有些多。
早飯的種類不多，但是吃飽沒有問題，米粉還可以，水果也不錯！清潔房間的保潔阿姨人特別好！

地處市區中心，有獨立的停車場，周邊有各種檔次的飯館。設施稍微陳舊，但應有盡有。服務人員非常熱情禮貌，早餐簡單又不失營養。

位置極佳，公交車往來高鐵站方便（站點就在酒店門口）。周圍就餐很方便，皆步行可達。開遠小火車亦步行15分鐘左右可到達。前台服務人員解答所有疑問，對於一個裝修比較早的賓館難能可貴。
