It's a chic and trendy hotel with stylish interiors and very spacious rooms. Located in industrial park overlooking green belt, the location is peaceful yet very close to key attractions of Kakinada like SRMT Mall and Beach. It was also very convenient for me as I had work at the SEZ at Vakalpudi, which is just 5mins from the hotel. It was a big relief not to have to go to old Kakinada town centre where all other hotels are located and which is crowded and adds another 20mins to daily commute each way. Food is also very delicious and reasonably priced at Sveska. They had a special 50% discount running on their buffet when I stayed and it was great value for money.

Beautiful hotel with excellent services. Food in restaurant very nice. Swimming pool on rooftop superb. Gym also excellent. Staff is good. Nothing to complain about. Good price also. Much better than other Kakinada hotels. Will be back soon.

Unfortunately our stay at svenska was a letdown. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping us. We were expecting a luxurious stay, but the hotel failed to deliver. Our experience at svenska was disappointing, to say the least. The hotel's staff and services did not meet our expectations.

We had our music gettogether today followed by lunch at the Svenska banquet..good food friendly and courteous staff and delicious food by Chef Aziz. Special mention of Mr Harshad Narkar who made sure everything was satisfactory. Would recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a small gettogether of upto60 ppl here.

Celebrated my first wedding anniversary at this beautiful 5-star hotel, arranged by my husband. They did beautiful decorations in the room with a nice heart shaped cake, making it a truly special experience for us. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. We ordered dinner in the room and thought it took time, but food was excellent. Breakfast was also nice. We enjoyed massage and the rooftop pool after that, with nice views of the Bay of Bengal. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

I shifted to Svenska after not being happy with my earlier hotel in Kakinada and had a wonderful stay for almost 2 weeks at this beautiful property. The location is very convenient and easily accessible and close to key areas in the town, making it ideal for a business traveller like me.. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly go out of their way to ensure guests feel comfortable and well-cared for. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very well-appointed. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the comfortable bedding to the modern amenities. It made my stay feel extra special. As for the food, it was delicious, with good variety and each meal was fresh and full of flavour. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I thoroughly enjoyed every dish. What really stood out was the value for money. The prices are very reasonable considering the high level of service, quality, and comfort offered. Overall, I highly recommend Svenska Design Hotel to anyone visiting Kakinada. It’s the perfect combination of great service, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back!

After staying in the luxury of the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai, I was a little skeptical when traveling to Kakinada on business as it's a small town on the other side of India. However, I was very pleasantly surprised when I found this boutique European chain Svenska Design Hotel in Kakinada. It was easy to book and the lady was very helpful in making arrangements for airport pick up. Upon arrival, their reception greeted me warmly and soon I was in my room. While Svenska is a very different concept (modern, minimalist) than the Taj (old world, traditional), but in terms of room amenities, spaciousness, facilities & amenities, Svenska was at par with Taj Mahal Mumbai. Their service was also exceptional and they really looked after me throughout my stay. They have a lovely spa and the couple of massages I tried were very relaxing. Their sun deck is also really nice. Overall, an excellent hotel and great value for money.
