Cali Mykonos

A 40 villa resort with some of the best in class amenities and service, Cali Mykonos presents itself as a young and fun version of the perhaps more refined resorts such as Kalesma or Bill&Coo on the other side of the island. The manager Mathilda and team ensured the whole checkin process was smooth and was always at hand to explain the intricacies of the resort and recommendations on the island. The hotel features the longest salt water pool on the island and individual pool villas were also heated to a temperate 28 degrees celsius. While Cali is located on the eastern tip of the island, the complimentary shuttle to Little Venice and to/from airport/port makes the experience very convenient. The private beach on Cali also exudes a sense of quiet luxury that is a good respite from the more vibrant beach clubs like Nammos nearby. Service was always warm and the team makes an effort to remember the preferences of each guests, making this place feel more like home. While the breakfast selection and seaside activities could do with more variety, Cali is very welcoming of feedback as they look to improve this relatively new hotel. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely be our choice of stay on our next trip to Mykonos.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and location. We went at the very start of the season so it was very quiet with only a couple of other guests. Service was excellent with some lovely staff who were on hand at all times. The shuttle into town was excellent. Highly recommend and hope to return again

Wow. Hard to sum up all words I have for this place, but I’ll do my best. Trust me when I say, this place doesn’t miss. Everything from the rooms, staff, food, views, and vibes are all top notch. And I’ll preface this review is not one of those Ai generated reviews. First thing: The rooms are pretty amazing — spacious, beautifully designed, and having your own personal heated pool right outside was a big reason we booked. The beds are ridiculously comfortable and bathrooms are plenty big with luxury brand amenities and soaps/shampoos. Anytime you need something, you just contact them through WhatsApp and the staff brings it in record fast timing (the beauty of having golf carts to buzz around the property). For the main pool and beach club - yes, having your own personal pool is incredible, but the main pool at Cali is insane. It has to be the longest or largest pool in Greece, and maybe Europe. It is stunning and there’s so much space to lounge or grab a drink at the poolside bar. Their private beach club is a simple walk down the path from the pool where there’s a few beach loungers on a protected bay, making it a perfect place for a morning swim (which I did every morning). Food - When you’re ready to eat, make sure you come hungry — every meal was fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious. They have all the Mediterranean favorites, but with creative twists and they even make a mean burger with incredible fries. Raphael at the restaurant is one of the warmest souls and will not steer you wrong with any of the food or beverage choices! Needless to say, the staff is incredible. Also, we loved hanging out on the big Apollo terrace overlooking both Kalafati Beach and the hotel’s private beach (which I mentioned earlier). This place was great to have sunset cocktails with plenty of spots to sit and take in the views. Almost forgot to mention, there’s an awesome outdoor gym that they built which has everything you need for a workout and I think they do yoga and Pilates classes there too if you’re interested. Even though Cali isn’t right in the middle of Mykonos Town, that’s part of what makes it perfect — you get all the luxury, quiet, and relaxation you want, and when you’re ready for the buzz of beach clubs or nightlife, it’s just a short ride away. It’s the perfect mix of excitement and rejuvenation. A huge shoutout to Matilda for making us feel so welcomed and cared for, and to Eric, the owner, whose passion and attention to detail truly make this place special. I’ll 100% be back to enjoy this place again. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks for having me, Cali!

You know sometimes you are unsure of your choice…no reviews, few pictures, and you are relying on only a few. Key buzz mentions your gut instincts…well that’s how I usually end up song things as I try to get an experience that is unique or special hopefully. Another big win! It may not be the best in Mykonos, BUT absolutely on the top tier! Private boutique vibe, great hard product with rooms practically all facing the ocean, with private pools, great design, awesome 1 mile infinity snake like pool carved onto the edge of a cliff, private beach (due to being shouldered bw two cliffs with a walkway only eom the hotel) that is like out of a movie, Asian sushi restaurant, and their own fleet of private black luxury speedboats for you. I feel this is in direct competition to Kasema (where we haven’t stayed but walked the property)…while I can only speak of the hard product…I feel overall Cali beats it…pool, location, beach, private boats. Location is remote from the city actions, allowing you to chill after the Mykonos caps…note this area is so good that FS is building their resort practically next door (but this one will be more boutique and has the best spot as they were here first). The rooms were wonderful and very tech savvy, clean lines and great beds. Service and food were on point…the breakfast may be light for some but lunch and dinner were solid, especially the Asian restaurant. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful…special thanks to the restaurant wait staff and the awesome guys driving the speedboats. We took the speedboats to three beach clubs. Let me paint a quick picture of this…champaine in hand, captain playing awesome music and you pull in front of the best beach club’s shoreline, where the captain steers the speedboat slowly along the beach to the deck where two hosts wait to meet and walk you to the reception, in front of everyone gawking. On return, we checked the option of taking a taxi…need to wait at the concierge for 20 min and $100 euro…txted hotel…speedboat and chaperones were there to greet us before we even made it to the deck. Best part…only slightly more than the taxi! Pool…amazing, a mile long and carved on a cliff directly over the ocean…not heated but most pools in Mykonos are not. Amazing.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, the service @ Cali Hotel was top-notched. Our service felt personalized, familiar and responsive…their aim was high to please. The staff acquainted themselves with my husband and I and suited our needs above satisfaction. We felt welcomed and regarded during our stay.

I recently stayed at Cali Mykonos and it was by far the most incredible hotel stay I have ever experienced. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which has sweeping views across the Aegean, as well as a private infinity pool and expansive terrace. The food, which can be enjoyed throughout the hotel, either in the restaurant, in-suite, by the breathtaking infinity pool or intimate private beach, was delicious, while the staff went above and beyond, catering to every request before you even had to ask! Their attentiveness and attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional. The atmosphere throughout was very relaxed, as a haven on the eastern side of the island, while the complimentary shuttles in and out of the town made exploring the area super easy :) We truly felt very spoiled and could not recommend this hotel highly enough - it is 5-star perfection, and I hope that we will be fortunate enough to return in the future!
