Staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would happily go back again.
If there was anything that needed improving, I think they could improve the facilities in the room with a coffee machine, water glasses and water replenished everyday.

Nice and modern hotel with good breakfast, but not 5*... cheap toiletries and single use plastic items in the rooms; rooms overall basic and no robes. Pool area is cozy, but opens late (11 am). The sea never closes though and the beach is just in front of the property. Staff very kind and helpful. Easy to park at the premises. Walking distance to marina of Kalamata, but a bit too far to reach the old town - car is recommended. Very reasonable and good restaurant is also available on premises.

Excellent service, but I suggest you rethink the spa pool policy in the low season. The outside pool was closed for the winter, and no point in booking a more expensive room with an attached private pool (unheated), which leaves the downstairs spa pool. Charging guests to use this for 45-minute sessions meant the pool was empty and unavailable for a spontaneous dip. Perhaps instead, you can allow a limited number of guests to use the pool at any one time.
Location: There's a well-lit path into town, but it's a LONG walk. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a taxi.
Breakfast was excellent.
Service was friendly and attentive.

The facilities and service are very good!
However, in a 5-star hotel, it is unthinkable not to renew the batteries in the remote control, the mechanism for opening the door (we were told it needed a charging device), we found ourselves outside the room trying to see why the cards did not open (no, they had not been magnetized).
And in a 5-star hotel you renew the water in the fridge

Great location, great hospitality, excellent breakfast and food in the 24 hour restaurant and bar. Right next to the sea on a nice, clean and organized beach. It has a very nice large swimming pool and a very organized Spa.

Perfect stay in a perfect hotel! Modern, spacious rooms, good level of ammenities in the room, staff at the top. If you want to have dinner in the harbour, you have to walk for 20 minutes, but in a very safe area. Breakfast was fantastic as well, plenty of choices, freshly squeezed orange juice. The only limitation is related to the use of the pool, only 4 people capacity, you need to make a reservation...so quite tricky. Otherwise, a top hotel!
