Hotel staff say that they have not received any booking. No payment received by hotel. They are demanding payment for stay in hotel.

The property is beautifully located and the room that we stayed in was airy and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with sufficient varieties of continental as well as Indian. Having a car will be helpful if you find it difficult to climb up the steep road. The location is very calm and peaceful and the view from the room was also beautiful. However, we were charmed by the smiling face of Smriti who provided excellent support during our short stay. Such staff are an asset for the property and should be encouraged.

We have one day stay in Sterling park kalimpong the stay was awesome and the breakfast is excellent specially mr. Lalan from f&b very helpful and carring. Thank you we visit again

This is a wonderful property of sterling Resort. The main attraction of this resort is its " All responsible staff " of this resort. Front desk as well as rear desk staff. Specially Priyanka of front desk/ Reception is superb . She use to taking care of all the guest. By mistake I left my few articles inside the bed room. After arriving in my home I realize it and phoned her. Instantaneously. she takes the action and send my belonging without delay. I had never seen such a responsible and pro active lady. Not only that she is well behaved, gentle, helpful too. And I feel in this type orgnisation Front Desk people should be like Priyanka in this type organization.

Excellent heritage room , great service and good peaceful stay.The staff member Smriti attended to every detail in the restaurant and was super active and helpful.The room service was great and the food was good too.Overall a great experience. Thankyou

The room is neat and clean. The foods are tasty and nutritious. All the staff viz. Priyanka, Sagar, Pranay etc. includes Resort Manager are very courteous and helpful. Enjoyed my stay in such a lovely property.nice stay I will recommend my friends to visit sterling

The property is 135 years old with all the good amenities, I came here for the conference which was successful by the sterling team, They have taken special care of all the guest, Room and washroom was top notch, Great hospitality from all the staff.

My stay at sterling park kalimpong was truly delightful. The property carries a serene heritage charm that make the experience even more special .the staff were extremely courteous and always ready to assist which made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.the food deserves a special mention _it was absolutely delicious with a variety that catered to different tastes .overall it was a memorable experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting kalimpong
