Establish a more complete process for handling lost objects After checking out this time, I found that the filter shower head I brought was left in the room. I contacted the hotel through a letter, but I didn't receive a reply; I didn't receive a call back after leaving the contact information on the phone. After that, I went back to the hotel three times in person and was still told that I didn't find it. 3. Housekeeping should carefully confirm the items in the room The shower head was brought by me.
