Kalkan Hotels with Bars

Dont tell anyone but this little gem is the best all round hotel in Kalkan. Super boutique style/shabby chique hotel with a quirky main pool and an impressive infinity pool, nice rooms , great staff, excellent food and views to die for.....what more could you want....its even within walking distance (at a push) of the main village and Beach clubs.

We have just returned from an 8 night stay at the Samira Exclusive and have to say it was fantastic. The hotel is spotless and the Housekeeping team work so hard every day to have your room looking great. The team around the bar and pool also spend every day cleaning and tending to your needs. The hotel is in a great location just at the start of the main bit of the town so you have everything on your doorstep. Staff were all amazing and on hand for anything. We were sad to leave and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a slice of Luxury at a great price, conveniently placed with great views of the Sea.

So we booked this gem of a hotel on our first trip to kalkan and our first trip to Turkey. We were very happy that we did. We will definitely go back. Not a lot of English in the hotel (plenty of English down in the town), but everyone was lovely and friendly. Lovely room, fantastic views, lovely decor. Great gym (small), but it has got most things in it. Free clean pool towels every day. The pool was a salt water pool, a lovely size with a jacuzzi, and a seating area in the pool to chat with people. A small walk down the hill to the sea and the hotel give you free passes for sun beds and umbrells, there is also a lovely restaurant there as well. The hotel is on a steep hill, but we walked it most days. We also walked into town, which was a lovely walk, and took around 25 minutes. There are lots of steep hills everywhere, so if you like walking, this will be great for you. If not, the wonderful staff can book you a cab (about £4 to town). They also booked us restaurants and couldn't do enough for us. Bar staff was fantastic, even stayed open till we came back from the town or other restaurants for our last drink/drinks. If the cocktail we wanted wasn't on the menu, they would look it up and make it for us. They also played the music you asked for from YouTube. Restaurant staff fantastic. The manager and his wife couldn't do enough for us and tried so hard to make us feel very special and welcoming. We didn't eat there in the evening as there were so many lovely restaurants around but we did have breakfast and lunch at the hotel which was lovely. I'm celiac, and they catered for me aswell. Also, there is a shop 5 mins up the road which has gluten-free items (biscuits, crisps, bread, rolls etc. )

If you are looking to stay in Kalkan and are questioning where... Stop now..... We have stayed in the Hotel Regency and The Lykia Spa Hotel to name a few in Kalkan.... The Rhapsody is absolutely perfectly ran this small boutique hotel is a beautiful blend of family run but professionally presented the rooms are beautifully kept and aircon is amazing for those really balmy nights... The views from the balcony are the best in Kalkan... Breathtaking whilst taking that morning coffee... Breakfast is stunning and prepared fresh every day... Beds and linen soooooo comfortable and the best shower and hot water we have experienced in the 10 years in Kalkan holidays... Location is 10 min walk to beach clubs and harbour and 5 mins to resteraunts and cafes... It really doesn't get much better than this... The manager here at this hotel knows what she is doing and is on site at all times every day and her staff are family to her and it shows as everyone wants to do an amazing job and does ... Don't question your choice this hotel is a real find.. We will be returning next year 100 percent... Maybe Oct this year if we can.... Lovely location. Our triple room was basic but clean and it had a proper sized fridge and kettle. Pool area was very pretty and relaxing with comfortable sunbeds and other seating. Bar was well stocked and the owner Mehmet served some lovely flavoured gins. His breakfasts are amazing. Best I’ve had in Kalkan!

I could have rated this place 10 stars, honestly the staff are amazingly welcoming and warm. They make you feel home, make sure you're comfortable and always there smiling and ready to fulfill your requests. Rooms are spacious, loads of drawers and wardrobes, soooo clean and neat, view to the beach from balcony and view to a mail card landscape from the 5th floor where the buffet breakfast is served. The food is tasty, varied and the hygiene overall is top. You gonna enjoy showering and the air conditioner is turning off automatically when you open the balcony. I'm spending a week and I'm still there at the minute and wanna try their spa that looks great. Few of them only speak a very good English, however the barrier language was invisible because all members of staff, every single one I met was communicating with me in any way possible to socialise and that was the cherry on top. Also the hotel is close to the beach, close to my favourite restaurant and others and the market every Thursday just nearby 🤍
