Guests appreciate the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location near the beach. However, some found the breakfast options and quality lacking for a large group.

We really enjoyed our stay at Diagoras Hotel. All staff was really helpful and friendly. Especially we are thankful for tips and interesting facts about Rhodes that we learned from barman Nick. Drinks and food were ok, but it would be great if menu was more diverse. The same for music. Our room was spacious and clean. Also, the swimming pool was nice and quite big. If we were in Rhodes again, we would choose this hotel once more. Regards, Justyna and Monika :)

Just booked your flight to this hotel you will not be disappointed I can assure you if that they was amazing with my children and have been amazing with myself as a single parent I would recommend this highly the pool is very clean. The rooms are very clean. Any problems please visit reception. They are very happy to help in any matters. They are very family orientated with two young kids at two different ages. They have occupied both children

My overall experience at this hotel was AWFUL!!! the food was the same everyday, had this been nice food possibly an okay situation but this was the driest blandest food I’d ever eaten. All inclusive is ridiculous and the drinks might as well have been water with how watered down they were. The rooms were ANT INFESTED and the aircon barely worked and broke on several occasions at one point I felt like I was on the runway setting off back home it was that loud. SEA VIEW THEY COULD NEVER. my hotel room looked into a dirty farm with dogs and other animals SCREAMIMG at 3AM!!! This was a regular occurrence and don’t even talk about the staff I have never met such rude ignorant people, no matter how polite we were I was always expecting one of them to shout at me and my party. my friend was shouted at off of staff for helping themselves to ice cream which was out and accessible with nowhere saying it wasn’t available at 2pm. The sunbeds were broken along with tiles and holes in the floor so big I thought I’d fall through them! We also had a fake phone in the room so there was no way to contact reception from the room in case of emergencies. The property is dirty and rundown. Overall I’d never step foot in this hotel again even if I was paid to.

Room was very clean and fresh. Very busy hotel. Staff nice and friendly. Didn't drink cocktails, apparently they were very good. Wine was ok. Beer was ok. Food... Not sure how to comment it really, wasn't the best tbh. Luckily I only stayed 5 nights. Pool are was nice. I didn't stay at the main pool tho. There is another pool which is quieter, with pool bar but it was closed for two days due to electricity issues. Mini bus to the town and the beach it a bonus. Would I stay again? Not sure, mainly cos of the food.

Very poor indeed , on arrival to a very out of the way remote place which we did not know as thought was lively by reviews , but is a good way to the main ***** by taxi ,we were told at 1 am we were cancelled and could not stay after being on the phone to love holiday (who I will never go with again ) for 2 hours we finally got to stay after their mistake , we were not offered a drink after 10 hours travelling being told were cancelled then had to pay 2 uros for a bottle of water , all inclusive my backside , there was hardly any choice every day mainly the same boring food and not a lot of it , snacks were the worse I’ve ever had one plate of dry cake and one plate of dry boring biscuits for one hour that’s it no ice cream total joke , no pool bar , pool was ok but the whole area was filthy cracked tiles and dangerous broken areas and tiles , dirty broken toilets old broken down and dangerous unused stage outside , only two nights out of seven entertainment , nothing all day apart from dreadful useless ten minute aqua fit who didn’t have a clue what was doing , rooms were lovely I will say and clean nice cleaning ladies and fresh very comfy beds , drinks only served till 10 pm then had to pay but nothing going on anyway so early night , taxi was 15 uros there and back to the front which was really good pubs and brilliant area shops bars ect so I would go back to falariki but not this old run down hotel I feel sorry for the young staff as they do work hard under an arrogant older barman who did nothing but came onto every young woman who came in bit cringy ,

This hotel gets slated in the reviews for rude staff and poor rooms. We experienced none of this. Our room was clean and well kept, the air conditioning stopped working once, but was fixed within half an hour. Linnens changed daily, room spotlessly clean. The shower was amazing. The staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly, possibly a case of how you treat them? The food isn't perfect. It's always tasty and there's always something you can choose, but it isn't always as hot as you'd like. That is the one improvement I would make if I could - hubby said he wishes there was soup each day too. Failing that, a gyros is just €4 in town so what's the problem? The location is perfect for us, it's a nice walk to the beach, or catch the regular shuttle bus. The road to cross is a main road, but it has traffic lights/pedestrian crossing, so is perfectly safe. Faliraki is a beautiful place, the beach is spectacular. There's loads to see and do. The whole island is so small that it's so easy to rent a car and see all of it - we rented ours from the lovely chap in reception as it was on par price wise with offers in the town. The whole transaction was very simple. In a nutshell, you've not paid the earth to stay here, so don't expect it to be 5* but do expect to have a happy, friendly holiday 😊

I have just read some of the latest reviews for when I stayed here and thought they must have been starting in a different hotel. I have mobility issues so emailed the hotel 2 weeks before asking for a room near everything and was given a lovely room 3 doors away from reception. The room was cleaned every day and the towels which were thick also charged every day if needed. My sheets were also charged as needed. The thing that made this holiday for me were the staff in this hotel. Every one was so friendly and helpful and that includes all the reception staff who could not do enough to help. Yes the food was sometimes not as hot as it could have been but it was always nice and the salad bar was brilliant. I always got a sunbed so there was no rush to put your towels on them early even though some people still did dispite the large notice asking you not to. I am a solo traveller and felt completely safe and I will definitely be booking again for next year. Thank you everyone for making my stay so special.

I would not go back to this hotel: overall very poor service. After the first night bwe had to be moved: the air conditioner did not work/ if you stood out on the balcony, it smelt of stagnant water/ the shower water was not warm/ there was a tiny stained table/ there were wires coming out of the mirror in the bathroom/ mattress and pillows very old......floor to shower dangerously slippery, even with a mat........etc etc The 'hot food' to each meal was NEVER hot, and at times cold!!
