Venezia Resort Hotel

Wonderful family run hotel with amazing staff especially stergos at reception We had our wedding in the Marrakech oasis and the staff the food and drinks were absolutely amazing Nothing is too much for these guy's there always on hand to help. The hotel itself is quite large with 4 swimming pools and plenty of places to eat lunch like the burger bar or the pizza station The gyros are lovely too. Drinks are on tap so help yourself to whatever you want. Dinner in the main restaurant has different themed food nights and there's lot's of variety to choose from. The water park is an added bonus for children and us adults and there is plenty of comfortable sunbeds loungers to relax on. I highly recommend this hotel for family visits or a romantic break.

Lovely hotel. So clean and modern all across the hotel. The restaurant staff and food was lovely and so welcoming. Reception staff was so informed of everything - helping us with buses to the old town and other places. Bar staff was so great - Emanuel and Maria made us so welcome and remembered our drinks and was so happy to speak. Entertainment was great - not childish at all, super fun and enjoyable - Jet and her team was so friendly and got everyone involved. The hotel was faultless. It is a large hotel and lots of steps as a note but always had ramps. The included A La Carte restaurants was INCREDIBLE - really recommend booking!!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I paid for both myself and a friend to stay here for her birthday, including travel around the island, and the experience was incredibly underwhelming. I booked a deluxe room with a jacuzzi, but what we got was a standard room. No one came to check or maintain the jacuzzi during our stay, and even daily room cleaning was neglected unless I specifically asked—despite clearly displaying the “please clean” sign on our door. The food was mediocre at best. We tried a few of the other restaurants on-site and found them to be equally unimpressive—nothing special and certainly not worth the premium price. I had also arranged for a birthday surprise for my friend: a decorated room with wine and snacks on the Wednesday . What a letdown. The wine looked like it came from the supermarket downstairs, and the snacks were served in a plastic container with no note, no decoration, no effort. For the price I paid, I expected at least a thoughtful touch, if not something more premium. To make matters worse, they mixed up our reservations at the athena restaurant, which we had been really looking forward to. That experience, too, was a disappointment. Finally, there were people coming in around 3am screaming down the hallways and punching walls etc ! Im all for everyone having a good time but where is the respect ?!

Good parts: Location is great, Staff are very friendly, Rooms are big, Beds are comfy, Water slides for wee ones are good, Lunch, breakfast and snack bar are good, Animation team are fab, Free bus into town several times a day (only takes 5 mins) Not ideal bits: Signs around the resort give conflicting times for things, Dinner isn't great, the themes are very light and often not good, Water sliders for bigger kids are not great, Games room is small I would hate to be in the peak season, All inclusive drinks are not all over the resort (but staff are good at telling you before they pour), Evening entertainment starts very late, but they do not have start times on the posters so you have to sit around for ages until it does start (typically 21:00 or 21:30) Not good bits: Snacks are only available until 5 so if teas not good you need to buy snacks from the shop or go hungry, Only heated pool is in the adult only section, The 2 a la carte restaurants are really bad, service is slow, menu is extremely restricted and staff were not as nice as in the other areas (even though they are the same staff!), We were given wrong information about a few things when we checked in, We asked for a late check out (and we're happy to pay) but were told we needed to ask 2 days in advance even though it doesn't say this anywhere and we were not told when this was mentioned at check in, Showers don't have a door so the tiny bathrooms get very slippy, my mum slipped, stubbed her toe on the sharp edge of the shower and broke her toe Would I stay again: no

Could not fault the hotel at all. All the staff are friendly throughout the hotel and always make sure to say hi. We had a basic room, it was very spacious with a mini fridge and kettle supplied. We had some ants in our room one evening, we told the hotel and within 10mins someone had come up to sort the problem out. Food was amazing, plenty of choice and make sure to book into the Marrakech and Greek restaurant. You get a 5 course meal and the service is excellent. The animation team, Nino, Jet, Rio and Noah are incredible. They have a variety of activities on during the day and then a show in the evening for example they had bingo, quiz, comedy, fire show. Could not fault them one bit. Bar staff round the Cosmopolitan pool were lovely and made the best cocktails. We had the best stay and will defintley return!

Such a lovely hotel the staff are very friendly especially maria and stergos the rooms were always cleaned and the food had a decent variety. not a far walk to the Faliraki *****. A variety of pool with each individual character the cosmopolitan being my favourite all very modern
