This is one word, amazing. not only has the buffet have thousands of different options there are many other things to. Savory crep, a-la-carte,pizza. Anything you can think of for lunch. Fabulous 👌. Dinner you can have buffet or a-la-carte. There is one word, amazing.

Polite service and very friendly, Sushi restaurant was super, both really enjoyed the food. Italian great as well. Delicious food and great fast service. We were also given some champagne which was a lovely surprise and very appreciated. Brilliant!

Expected a 5 star standard, sadly for three crucial reasons it is definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. The food at the Mitsis Faliraki is at best 3.5 stars, it definitely would not make a 4 star standard. The bar lounge has uncomfortable plastic rattan seats with non breathing plastic cushions that leaves you feeling damp. The bar sofas have little or no back support, that we could not sit for long. We would expect home comfort upholstered furniture you get from a 4 star hotel. A lack of overworked bar staff resulting in 15 deep queues getting their own drinks at the bar rather than wait for a waiter. Apart from these shortcomings the rest of the hotel was acceptable. The other reviews stating that the food is fantastic is not reality and is a misrepresentation, so beware. Buffet offered cheap meat cuts like chicken wings, chicken thighs, little carved meat and cottage pie and no shellfish or quality meat cuts etc., is not fantastic food. The a la carte restaurants were nothing special either. Give the Mitsis Faliraki a miss if you are looking for a 5 star experience. We were very disappointed.

just returned from mitsis falaraki ..the whole experience was absolutely fantastic .we have travelled extensively but never had the brilliant service we recieved here.the staff are to die for and cannot do enough for you.we have stayed in eight mitsis hotels including the alila and blue domes all very good but nothing compared to this one.to all the staff who made our holiday fantastic we give you a massive THANK YOU

as a couple we spent 7 nights in the mitsis faliraki 5* hotel! first impressions very clean and immaculate, the hotel is in a great location directly on the beach front, close to bus tops taxis and faliraki center being a minute walk outside the hotel! the hotel room was clean with a great addition of a mini fridge stocked up every day with a variety of drinks, all 3 bars had a different selection of drinks with fresh fruits icecream and freshly made crepes at the pool bar! staff were very freindly and nothing was ever too much trouble, the a la carte resturants were absolutley fantastic! the food was exceptional, evening entertainment was lively and enjoyable, small shop inside the hotel was very cheap with a good selection of things to buy, overall we really enjoyed our stay here

What can I say? Wonderful location, very clean room, the staff is wonderful and hardworking! The food at the buffet and à la carte restaurants tasty. Special thanks to the reception team for the warm welcome and the main restaurant team for helping us with our dietary requirements! It was our first time and definitely not the last !!!
