This was an amazing resort, the staff were super friendly and it was all really nice & clean. The Mountain View from our room was great during sunset. The waterpark was a lot of fun, even for adults. The buffet food wasn’t amazing for vegetarians, but went down really well for my partner who ate meat. I think map or better signage would be helpful to show where all the amenities are as well as the schedule for the activities/shows.

Absolutely superb! Having never done all-inclusive before I was dubious. However, the hotel, the staff, the food, the pools were all absolutely excellent! A special thank you to Anna and Polly in the Buffet restaurant for looking after us so well. The quality of the food, the variety and availability was mind blowing! To Ibrahim and Rafael who ran the night time at the pool bar - thank you, I have not experienced better hospitality and customer service! To Arjuna and her colleague on the day time service at the pool bar - thank you, you were both brilliant. The food in the A la Carte restaurants was also top notch. But don’t underestimate the quality of the buffet restaurant! Highest recommended and thank you everyone at the resort, from the front desk baggage porter, to the amazing cleaning staff that maintain the highest standards 🙏

Amada Colossos does not live up to its 5-star rating or the "ultra all-inclusive" promise. We spent a week there in late July to early August, and overall, the experience felt average and not worth the price we paid. On the positive side, the beach was enjoyable, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day and a decent amount of space between them. The staff, particularly the cleaning lady, were friendly and accommodating. However, there were several drawbacks. The rooms were quite small—being a group of three made it uncomfortable. The open-concept bathroom lacked privacy, as the top of the toilet door was open. The mini-bar was empty, and we frequently had to request refills of water. The hallways had dirty carpets in need of replacement, and with only three elevators—one of which was out of order for several days—getting around was frustrating. The food left much to be desired, it was bland, and many items, like ice cream on the beach and certain cocktails, came with additional charges, which is far from an ultra all-inclusive experience. The pool area was overcrowded, and by 9 or 10 AM, there were no sunbeds available. In summary, while we had some enjoyable moments, we left feeling that the value did not match what we paid.

This hotel is definitely not a five star hotel. Firstly the staff are not welcoming nor friendly, most of them are rude and seem like they don’t want to be there for example not being able to answer simple questions and responding with a lot of attitude. The entertainment is very poor/repetitive and only somewhat good for families, which wasn’t suitable to me and my partner. The food options are quite poor, the snacks are the same everyday and there is times of the day when no food is available. The cleaning of the rooms is bare minimum all they do is make the bed. We had the same mouldy fruits in our room since we arrived till the last day and they did not collect the plates from room service for 2 days. Small things such as only having one set of very slim lifts, rubbish poolside entertainment for kids or adults except the aqua gym,an extremely expensive spa, horrible tasting fizzy drinks + watered down cocktails and ants everywhere!! really made a difference in our stay So overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for couples at all!!! Maybe a small exception for family’s however overall it is boring, and not worth the money .

Just finished having an amazing week here! The hotel is perfect for families. Everywhere is spotless and the staff here clearly work very hard. The food is faultless and so many choices for adults and children. Special thanks to Raul for the brilliant mini disco and the girls for getting us into aqua gym. We couldn’t have asked for a better week.
