It was nice environment, cleanliness and friendly stuff and the breakfast excellent, had to chance room last minute because of accessibility problems and they did help make the chance!

Unfriendly staff say no to everything without paying you the slightest attention, it feels like we're in the way.

The hotel was fine, typically greek. very comfortable beds and air con was free. Fridge in your room . Pool area was never crowded, and 1 minute walk to bars and restaurants - loved it .

a very basic hotel that is in need of refurbishing my room looked over the pool with a large balcony very tired room with cheap furniture ( the bed was quite comfortable ) kettle cups/saucers spoons provided but trying to fill kettle with water not easy. had to use the shower !!!! small fridge in the wardrobe bathroom a pale yellow colour from the 70s and the tiles almost falling off wifi was really poor and kept falling every 2 hrs no fire safety plan in the bedrooms and the alarm nearest to my room was damaged well located and suprisingly quiet ( not full holiday season yet ) cannot grumble at the price i paid was informed that i was to pay 7.5 euros tax but had to pay 10 eur

A very nice and confortable hotel in Faliraki.A lovely place to stay. Nice and clean rooms, reasonable prices. Greek night every tuesday night. I'm sorry to wight a negative review but I pick my hotels from the reviews of are members so I hope this helps . first impression nice . the staff no interaction . the room 113 falling apart see photos ,fire alarm hanging off the wall ☹going in to the room 1 hour later I used the toilet shut the door and 2 tiles fell off the wall soap dispenser hanging of the wall socket for my wife's hair dryer go to un plug it and the whole socket came out beds are rock hard and pillow is so thin I had to use towels to support my neck the pool area is patchy grass soil sunbeds old and dirty and the pool you can not see the bottom it's so dirty but I did see the pool cleaner of a night the mattresses need a cover you can see all the stains I made the staff aware of the tiles and was moved the next day they apologised and offered a free breakfast for that day I'm sorry but this hotel is for to expensive for this standard ps the room are clean but the maintenance is poor

you have to pay extra for air conditioning, which is extremely weird !! air con should be included as standard obviously in a country with regular temperatures of 30 degress celsius, so backward and bizarre !
