Excellent hotel staff and service . The food provided is very good especially the Italian restaurant. The swimming pool is superior with beautiful scenery. Give us an unforgettable memory in Rhodes.

I'll start by saying that it's been a real disappointment. We have traveled every summer on this record and without a doubt who in 20 years of summer holidays is our worst hotel. I start with the sun loungers on the beach, which are completely dirty and give the impression that some of them were ruined and others of a completely different type and of a much lower level were added, giving an air of terrible neglect.
The beach bar area has a terrible smell of alcohol, the plastic cups are completely dried out and dirty from so much use, I watched the washing of the cups which consisted of just passing them through tap water, out of brutal hygiene in addition to risk of disease transmission.
The rooms are old and poor.
The internet is very weak, especially in the room
Some foods give the impression that they were invented using leftover food.
The employees lack training, they have no rules of etiquette or satisfaction in seeing the guest satisfied and comfortable, it seems that they do things to get the job done.
Another point is the sun loungers that are always occupied even when no one is there, I see people booking sun loungers in the pool and in the sea all day long, without setting foot on one of them, something that could be avoided by the staff.
Even the gym itself only has cardio machines, 2 dumbbells and 2 weights. Very weak
The pool area is beautiful and the garden area too. The room I'm in has two bathrooms, which is a positive point since we are 3 people.
I am completely disappointed with the hotel, it is not a 4 star hotel. Without a doubt, I will not repeat or recommend it.

The worst experience ever . Dirty all around …. So unfriendly staff . The pool for kids was really dirty … I will never , never come back here and i’m gonna tell everybody to take care and avoid this hotel . The photos doesn’t reflect reality. Sad .

Extremely disappointed with the room. Not what we had been shown by travel agent. Expecting an aesthetic white room only to find a dated small room for 3 with a dreadful view Staff are lovely, but we still have another 4 days left & sadly unlikely to return

We have had the most amazing stay celebrating our friends upcoming wedding. Chrisi helped us so much with the decoration of our bride to be’s room, we couldn’t have got it to look so good without her help and expertise. The lady on reception that reached out to Chrisi was also a great help.

Just got back from a great week away in Rhodes, staying at the DAMA DAMA hotel. We booked a family room (bungalow) all inclusive with two kids (10,12) and was the perfect size with 2 seperate bedrooms, comfortable beds, air con and a daily stocked mini bar with soft drinks, wine etc. The TV channels were limited but we didn't mind it too much if you are outside of the room most of the time and when we did want to watch something, we put on the iPad for movies over the hotel wifi. The meals at the restaurant were great for breakfast / dinner with lots of choices and the beach restaurant was good for a spot of lunch. The kids particularly liked the ice cream and crepes... after a week being spoilt, we all need to go on a diet! We tried the Asian and Greek a'la carte restaurants that were 8/10 that had some dishes that require some improvement but were mostly good. During the first few days we hung out at the pool and as mentioned in other reviews, it is cold but once in and moving around it's fine and nice to cool off from the sun. You do have to grab a bed early due to being limited but once secured, they are very comfortable and the general vibe of the area was pretty relaxed. Location wise, there is a mini shopping area (Epsilon) beside the hotel for mostly everything you need, including a car hire place that we used and was genuine. There is also a bus stop that can take you either into Falaraki or Rhodes Town. So we had no issues heading out on day trips and working off those dinners! Overall, the DAMA DAMA is a great quality hotel, very relaxed with a good team of staff that are always there to help, particularly to the reception guys :) Thanks for an amazing holiday and hope to be back to Rhodes soon!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The main pool was always clean and never felt crowded. Had some issues in regards to booking a twin room and getting a double and the temperature control not working however was resolved once raised. The highlight to the holiday was Diego and the rest of the entertainment team. They were always attentive to everyone and keen to get people involved. They provided a wide range of activities such as water gym/zumba and beach volleyball. Diego especially was always encouraging me and my family to join in the activity and made us feel very welcome. He definitely made the biggest positive impact on my holiday. The restaurants were lovely however slow at times and in the evening the bar service we waited 45 minutes for our drinks. Overall was a lovely trip and would not have been the same without the entertainment team.

Firstly this short break has been made amazing and deserves credit . What a gentleman for the brand and a legend mr Andreas.Fradelos. Nothing has been to much. Looked after us with truly 5 star plus service, he true gentleman and fantastic man. Spoilt us . Looked after every whim. Wish there was a gentleman like him every were we went. Big thanks to Georgia for keeping our room emasculate. Emiano on the beach bar. The hotel is clean . Excellent facilities, great food. What a brand the Grecotel is. Would give 6 stars if I could.
