Blue Sea Beach Resort

Just returned from a great week at Blue Sea Beach Hotel. My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old grandson who lives with autism. Emailed hotel before arrival Nathalie and Sophia in guest relations listened to the needs for him . We arranged a late check out before we arrived. We were in room 137 which over looked the pool and the beach. Room had 3 beds in , it was of a high standard. 2 downsides to the room , lack of space for 3 peoples clothes,1 single wardrobe space and 2 small drawers. There is a case box with a drawer under it. We couldnt sit on the balcony as the smoking area for the hotel was directly under the balcony. There is a kettle , fridge , tv ( only Sky news in English). Small fridge . Rainfall shower , small hairdryer in bathroom. The resturant did get very busy at breakfast and evening meal, was quieter at lunchtime as a lot of people used the beach snack bar. There was plenty good quailty food at every meal , including gluten free options. Drinks in the resturant were self service , but not at the snack bar, pool bar or lobby bar. Ice-cream was plenty for the kids and the pool bar served free crepes from 11.30-5.30pm The hotel was very clean and plenty areas to sit. No sunbed wars as there were plenty around the pools and on the beach. Animation team done their best with entertainment. Faliraki is about a 30-40 min walk . 8 euros in a taxi. We hired a car for 2 days , which is a must if you want to see the whole island.

The Animation team was fantastic, Nathan was extremely friendly and versatile. He is a professional at what he does, and was never caught bored. My friends and i had a very great experience and we plan to come back again. The hotel spa was refreshing and the receptionist were spot on

This place was worth all of the 4 stars, such a nice and clean place. Amazing views from the seafront room! Food was tasty and there were plenty of choises, theme nights and specially breakfast was amazing. Outside dining tables were cozy. Long list of coctails to choose from and bartenders made some drinks outside of the list too if you ask (like Aperol spritz). 3 bars so no long queues. Pools were clean and good size, sunbeds were reserved super early but that seems to be issue everywhere. Still plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Nice entertainment in the evenings and those were kept further from the main building (near the beach) so you could not hear it in your room. Room was super nice and clean, 6/5 to cleaners. Staff through out were friendly and helpfull! We would absolutely come again. :)

Just returned after 10 days in this magnificent hotel. We loved it in every way. Just a 20 min transfer from the airport. The rooms are wonderful and roomy with a fridge, the food is fabulous, the pools are just the best although beware when wet the surrounding tiles are very slippy. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Irini and Christine in the restaurant. It is a 25 min walk into Faliraki and there is a bus stop outside the hotel to get a bus into Rhodes. There is also a little train 100 yards away which does trips for 9 euros and also a shopping centre a 100 metres up the road. The entertainment is great including a Greek night, and a Tina Turner tribute, both well worth watching. There are also karaoke nights and disco nights and a children's disco is held each evening before the main entertainment. Only 2 downsides one is if you use a scooter or wheelchair everything is great to assist your stay except the lifts are very small. We had to be moved to the main building as lift in the other building wouldn't accommodate my mobility scooter. The other thing is so many people smoke the hotel should really have a no smoking area especially for guests like me who are asthmatic and smoke affects us very badly. We had to keep moving as people sat by us and lit up and my breathing was affected. A no smoking area would be fantastic please! Well worth paying the extra for a sea view room as the view is spectacular! Can highly recommend this beautiful hotel, we loved it.

Hotel staff very friendly, rooms cleaned daily. clean pool and food choices was really good something different everyday. Also 2 additional restraunts on site to book which were really good. Entertainment was good each night something different each night and the entertainer danyal was really good and friendly and nothing was a problem for him would defo recommend.

The hotel is lovely, everyone is really friendly, the food is nice and lots of food choices, the rooms are lovely and clean. The entertainment through the night and day is really good and is a laugh to take part in, the entertainment guys are amazing and friendly and just a laugh to get on with, met lots of friends and had an amazing time would definitely come back.
