No proper cleaning and there was bug in bed sheet. Overall not well maintained the property although property was old an good constructed

No kettle in the room. Not value for money. Behaviour also is very tuff. Rs. 2200. For single occupancy ac room. Very terrible

Need to be improved for present standards. Cleanness to be maintained in balcony. This my 3rd stay from last 15 years, it was much better that time

We booked four highest category suites but the condition of the property was pathetic. Somewhere the fan was not working, somewhere the ac was not working, there was no latch in the washroom you won’t be able to lock your washroom. The hotel denied room service 1st day. Intercom was not working, in case you want to speak to the housekeeping you have to literally walk all the way to reception and if it is raining in that case also you have to manage on your own coz the staffs won’t help you with an umbrella although the facility mentions of it. Mini fridge in the room was not working at all. What every facilities they have mentioned they don’t even provide quarter of it. The food was also bad. Overall very bad experience. Not worth the money at all. Be wise and don’t spend your hard earned money here.
