The worst hotel I have ever stayed in terms of sound isolation and quality of breakfast. It seems you live in one room with your neighbours as even typing an sms is heard distinctly through the walls (if you can call them walls). “Tired” tiny rooms can serve only when you have no way out and need to find a shelter for 1-2 nights. The hotel is surrounded by houses, they are very close. The city views that is declared on the site is the view to old and ugly houses around. It is impossible to rest. One lift is always busy. You will need to use staircase. Among good points are good linen on the narrow beds and the personnel that tries to do the best in this situation: I would never come here again.

Отель не соответствует 4 звездам. Номер 323, 3 этаж - невозможно помыться, просто нет напора воды, голову мыли в парикмахерской у отеля. Выбор подушек это конечно хорошо, но неплохо было бы принять душ, перед тем, как выбрать подушку. В целом: номера уставшие, кондиционер не работает, звукоизоляция отвратительная, помыться невозможно! Из плюсов - действительно хорошие и сытные завтраки. Но, за почти 6 000 рублей в сутки отель нужно было выбрать другой.

Коротко. Плюсы: в центре, чистое белье, чистый номер, много подушек, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер, сравнительно недорогой. Минусы: Заявленное время работы ресторана- круглосуточно. Это неправда. Кухня закрывается в 21.30. Серьезно?? Днём по меню не заказать- только комплекс, а он может устроить только тех, кто любит макароны дешево и суп без ничего. Стены картонные, слышно, как сосед сливает воду в унитазе. Слышно, как через коридор в номере женщина по телефону разговаривает. Прямо сейчас. Ок. Персонал странный: табличка «не беспокоить» не останавливает их от стука в дверь с вопросом: Уборка надо??)) и, конечно, моя любимая занавеска в душе, на кривой штанге, которая липнет холодной лягушкой к спине. ЗАНАВЕСКА В ДУШЕ ЭТО ПОЗОР, ДОРОГИЕ ДРУЗЬЯ. ТАК НЕЛЬЗЯ.)) равно как и невозможность поспать нормально из-за нулевой шумоизоляции. Такие дела.

После ухода сети привлекательность отеля снизилась из-за прекращения действия программы лояльности. Расположение не самое удачное, стоянка для авто иногда перегружена. Персонал доброжелателен. Еда и обслуживание обычное. Изюминки у отеля нет. Отель для командировочных.

Останавливались на одну ночь в этом отеле. Много мест на парковке, удобный заезд. Заселили быстро, обслуживание на высоте. Номер Premium Standard. Все необходимое присутствовало - холодильник, чайник (чай, кофе), бутылочки с водой, фен, сейф, халаты, тапочки, шампунь/гель/зубной набор. Очень понравилось, что в номере все новое, чистое, интерьер как номеров так и всего отеля (лобби, ресторан) выдержан в едином стиле. Быстрый WiFi, поддержка USB на телевизоре, удобные матрасы. Короче одни плюшки. Но... Завтрак разочаровал. Вроде, все необходимые позиции присутствовали, но вкусными не были.Каша водянистая, омлет безвкусный. Кофе... Мда... Рекомендую купить нормальную кофемашину. Потому что то, что наливают сейчас это позорище. Если ситуация с завтраками нормализуется то приеду, с удовольствием, еще и оценку поставлю максимальную.

Останавливаюсь регулярно при посещении Калуги. Был практически во всех отелей города уровня 4-5*, но одноразово, без желания вернуться снова. Бест Вестерн - баланс. Постоянно возвращаюсь именно туда. Расположение, уютные номера, тихий лобби, отзывчивый персонал.

Номер Premium Standard, в санузле ванная с душем, в номере чисто, много розеток, холодильник, сейф, большой TV с поддержкой USB. Брали завтрак. Обычный набор для европейских четверок. Чай, натуральный кофе, сосиски, колбасы, мясо, сыр, мюсли, сладкое, не слишком разнообразно, но все качественно. Из минусов - звукоизоляция, ну и батарейки в пульте и сейфе надо просить менять. Цены в ресторане вполне приемлемые. Интерьер не изношен, выглядит свежим. В целом для туристической или деловой поездки - то, что нужно.

Отсутсвует сервис,который обычно сопутствует гостиницам в 4 звезды. Вам на донесут багаж,девушка на ресепшн не сообрашит даже сказать,когла у вас завтрак, если вы приехали поздно и хотите в душ,то 15 мин вы потратите на то,чтобы допроситься гель душа и халат с тапочками, и полотенца. Надо просто менять кол-во звезд и ставить 2,тогда вопрос о сервисе будет отсутствовать. Также вас ждет душ с плохо размазанным герметиком,ненавящивый сервис,точнее его отсутствие. Велкам
