Overall, the best thing about this hotel is its location. It has a beautiful ocean view, and there's an underpass right nearby that leads to the beach. If you prefer privacy, this is an excellent choice. However, the terrace is communal, so guests from the cafe and neighboring rooms might be there. If you need staff presence, it's minimal here. Overall, I'm happy with this stay.

We had planned to play on the Kamakura beach before returning to the guesthouse, but after dinner, it was already 8 p.m. We hurriedly arrived at 8:05 p.m., but the check-in counter actually closed at 8 p.m., so the staff wrote down the instructions for entering our room and posted them on the door. That evening, we even had to ask staff from another nearby restaurant for help, and after some trouble, we finally figured out how to get in. I hope the hotel will at least leave a mobile phone number so we can contact them in the future. That would be ideal. Of course, the ocean view is nice, but unless I'm not driving, staying by the sea is a great option. Because I drive, I really shouldn't have paid HK$1,800 for a room with no free parking and very little privacy. The hotel is actually a restaurant, and our room faced the area where their guests were walking around, smoking, and taking photos! For the same price, we could have stayed in a four- or five-star hotel in Yokohama. Ugh, lesson learned!

The hotel is located right on the coastline, with a stunning view from the terrace, directly overlooking the beach and the sea. There's a catch, though: there's a busy highway between the beach and the hotel, even at night. Please keep this in mind before choosing. Traffic noise can be a nuisance even at night and with the room doors closed. Speaking of the doors, they, like the wall, are glass, so with the curtains open, you can see everything inside the room. The curtains provide a bit of privacy. The staff is 5/5; the girls are very friendly and attentive. Overall, the hotel is good, but please keep the nuances described above in mind.

The accommodation is located by the sea, beautiful view, clean bathroom, walking around should be very good. There is underground parking. You should check the weather forecast.

I was extremely dissatisfied. First, there was no one to greet me after I arrived past 8 PM, but I saw somewhere that reception closed at 9 PM (I apologize if I misread). It's a bit of a walk from Kamakura Station. The glass door to my room wouldn't open, so I couldn't hear the waves at all. However, if it could be opened, it would be incredibly unsafe (the room was on the first floor, so anyone could walk by. If I didn't close the curtains, I had no privacy, and if I did, I couldn't see the view). The facilities were very shabby for the price! The tables and chairs in the common area outside also looked rusty. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.
