我們本想於鎌倉的沙灘玩樂一番才回到民宿，但吃過晚飯之後，已到晚上八時，我們趕緊在8:05pm到著，但辦理入住的櫃檯真的在8時關上門了，所以職員把進入房間的方法，寫下來貼在門口給我們。當晚其實也麻煩了旁邊另一家餐廳的員工幫忙查找，折騰了一番，才弄到如何進去的方法。我希望店家以後，能夠至少留有一個手提電話，讓我們聯絡上你們，情況會理想些。
當然，海景不錯，但除非我沒有自駕，否則住在海邊是很不錯的。就是因為我有駕車，真不該花1800港幣住一個連免費停車的地方都沒有，一個私隱度很低的房子。因為店家本就是一家餐廳，我們的房間就對著他們人客走來走去抽煙、拍照的地方！用同樣的房價，其實可在橫濱市住上四、五星級的酒店啊。唉，我算上了一課啊！

非常不滿意，首先晚上8點多到就已經沒有人接待了，但是我看在某個地方寫了晚上9點才停止接待（如果是我看錯了我道歉），離鎌倉站需要走一段路程，我的房間的玻璃門不能打開，完全聽不見海浪聲，不過要是能打開那也太不安全了（房間就在一樓，誰都可以從外面經過，如果不關上窗簾就沒有私隱，關上窗簾又看不見風景），這個價位來説設施很破舊！外面公共區域的桌椅也有銹跡斑斑的感覺。總之我不會再來這裏住。

根本沒有私人海灘。酒店就是餐館老闆把多餘的三間臨街商鋪改成了卧室，卧室玻璃就對着大街，主幹道行車道，見圖1。非常嘈雜的聲音環境。其實就是一個inn，環境大家自己看圖，我就不評價了。
卧室隔壁就是inn老闆的餐廳和前台。
馬路牙子對面就是大海，不是什麼私人海灘，是公共區域。
