One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. The apartments are beautiful, big, with a beautiful balcony and kitchen. The food is excellent in the hotel. The staff is super friendly and the cleaners are up to the task.Bed is super comfy and soft.

The location is ca 1,5 km from Makarska centre. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff very friendly and very serviceminded. The breakfast was ok - however not som versatile. The two pools are great - however there is no guard - so the children make a lot of noice. It is not allowed to reserve sunbeds - however they were reserved from 9 in the morning anyhow. Was tempted to scoop the towels up and take the beds myself.. so be early or you will not get beds. The beach is right outside the hotel - however not very nice. It's right by the beach promenade, so be ready to be on display. You will have to buy bathing shoes as the beach is made of small stones.

We spend One night in this hotel , every thing was great , staff extreemly sweet and helpfull, great location a bit out of town, we had a wonderfull stay eventhow it was out of season. We Will be back for sure.

Beautiful location, clean and good housekeeping, great food in restaurant - and in general really kind and serviceminded staff:) The kids loved it to! Recommend the Apollo kids club and swimming course:)

Travelled June 2024 with parents. Arrived around 1130 in the evening to a woman who was nice but didn't know what to do. We thought of going to larger room but she said" I don't know how to do it I'm only night shift" next day changed room. She also made some other comments about Britain but I can't be bothered mentioning. Next day moved after hassle and the manager I think she was. Very rude and no customer service. The stay wasn't amazing. Cleaners were friendly. Croatia not the most welcoming of places!

This Hotel has nice spacious rooms for a family but o was suprised that the cleaning and breakfast was so bad. The hotel has four stars so we expected more. They didn’t wipe down the sides and didn’t make the beds. Just tossed on the covers. The breakfast had such a poor selection. No pancakes/waffles, and no omelets. No vegetables to put on your sandwich just thick cut cucumbers. This breakfast belongs to a 2 star hotel

We booked a room with a private pool. Was quite nice since the beach only had a couple of free sunbeds and people put their towle on the Before they even had breakfast. The hotel should really just remove those towels I think.. The water is very clear since it is a pebble beach. Make sure to bring or buy bathing shoes. It was very hard findin your way to the breakfast area since there was no signs. Make sure to bring your room "key", otherwise you wont be able to get in. Scan the card to the left of the gate. The breakfast was amazing! The rest of the food was a bit so so. The pizzas were good but that was basically it. Most of the time the food was burned. The staff even begged for tips and I found that very off-putting. I've been working as a waitress myself and you never ever ask for people to tip you. We also thought that the hotel had a sushi restaurant, but it was closed….. The rooms vere quiet and the AC was working. The beds were very comfortable! The room had everything you needed. The only negative thing was that the curtains had stains on them.

The location is great. However, we were very disappointed with the room maintenance and cleaning. We were traveling with toddlers, and the first thing we saw was a wall socket that was almost falling from the wall. The main entrance stop door was broken and just left there on the floor. In the main room, the ceiling was uncovered, so we could see the cables. The kitchen faucet had no filter, so water splashed everywhere. But the most peculiar thing was the kitchen extractor fan. (Please see the attached photo.) That's why there's a sign that says that when you cook, you should open all the windows because the smoke detectors are sensitive and get activated easily, which shuts down the entire building's electricity. (?)
