The private open-air bath was pleasant and the room was spacious. We had a one-night stay and two meals, and the food was delicious. We even arranged a birthday cake, which was delicious. The hotel has few facilities and is quite secluded. The hotel provides hourly shuttle service, which requires reservations. However, on the day of our check-in, the hotel confirmed a 2:40 pm pick-up, but they forgot about it. We immediately called the hotel using Trip.com's instant messaging app to request a pick-up. The driver arrived about 30 minutes after the scheduled time and then made us wait until 3:40 pm, leaving us waiting at the station for a full hour. The hotel explained they only had one driver and offered us a bottle of wine as an apology, but as a tourist, wasting an hour waiting at the station is simply not worth it. Checking out was at 10 pm, and the shuttle was leaving at 11 pm, so we ended up taking a taxi, which cost about 3,000 yen to the station. Despite the minor inconvenience of the shuttle, we were very satisfied overall, and the staff were very polite.

The hot spring was great. My back pain was cured. I was happy with how the hostess greeted me and saw me off. The sweets and tea in the room were delicious.

The hotel itself is old. The front desk staff were unfriendly and brought the amenities to the room without any explanation. The food was also disappointing. The bath was full of day-trippers, so it was difficult to relax.

The hotel is open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the adult admission fee is 1,000 yen, but if you add us as a friend on LINE, it's half price at 500 yen. When I asked the front desk about the bus stop, they kindly told me, "There's a shuttle bus at 4:00 PM, so please board it." The hot spring water is a simple, weakly radioactive hot spring. It's colorless and transparent, and is said to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, frozen shoulder, sensitivity to cold, and fatigue recovery. It's also said to be effective for chronic digestive diseases, skin diseases, gynecological conditions, arteriosclerosis, gout, and high blood pressure. The bathtub was also very clean.

I was able to relax in the hot spring and it was very relaxing. However, after the transfer, I accidentally left my purse containing all my valuables in my room at the station, and I was disappointed with how they handled it, so I gave it a 2.
