It takes two minutes to walk to the Internet celebrity bridge. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is still clean and sanitary. The front desk and restaurant waiters are very good. The hotel includes dinner and breakfast, which are all buffets with good variety and taste. The room is a Japanese-style room with tatami. When we came back from dinner, the waiter made the bed. It was a good experience. The three of us slept very spaciously. The hotel has its own hot spring on the first floor. Guests are free to soak, and the hot spring is open all night. There are two indoor pools and one outdoor pool, which are not big. The outdoor hot spring can see the Internet celebrity bridge. It is estimated that people on the bridge can see you streaking with high-powered telescopes when the weather is good. This time I mainly took the children to play in the snow. The snow on the mountain was very heavy in the two days. You can play in the snow when you leave the hotel. It is very suitable for parent-child leisure travel. The hotel also arranges a free car to take guests to visit the Clear Pond at night. Although there is nothing to see in the Clear Pond, it is still a good time to check in. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus from Asahikawa and Biei Station. You need to make an appointment one day in advance. I asked the Ctrip hotel butler to make an appointment. There are two buses to the hotel at Asahikawa Station at 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, and there is only one bus leaving the hotel at 9:40 am.

A very cost-effective hotel, suitable for friends who love skiing. It is best to book a room with a meal coupon. You can eat at a different restaurant every day, and the food is of high quality. There are many local people in Japan, and it is clean and hygienic. The waiters may not understand English, but now that technology is so advanced, a translation software can solve this problem.

Really great experience! Breakfast have lots of choice of local food. Welcoming snacks included. Close to the Biei station and Bus station to blue pond with just within 5 mins walk. Connect to a souvenir shop with delicious curry bread! Have free photo printing service all by yourself but please refrain from abusing. I hope this service could keep along!

It's a bit downhill from the bus stop so it's a bit exhausting if you have to drag your suitcase in the snow. It's very close to the ice festival though. Service was exceptional. The staff was helpful and friendly, many staff knowing Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and English were very helpful to international visitors. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. The room was big and comfortable, the onsen bath was nice too.

Beautiful place to stay :) Loved most of features!! As this ryokan is located near to sirogane falls(3mins walk) and blue pond(4mins drive), you have to make the most out of it! Please visit Blue pond in night time, you will see the best night lighting show !!

The best hotel in Hokkaido! 1400RMB for one night and two meals, shuttle bus picks up at Asahikawa JR Station at 1615, and drops off at Asahikawa Airport (departs from hotel at 1030, arrives at airport at 1050, just in time to catch Jetstar Airways to Tokyo), evening set menu is Japanese with 20 dishes, similar to Kaiseki cuisine. See attached yellow menu for serving dishes. In the morning, there is a buffet of 20 kinds of Japanese food, of course, there are also a small amount of Western bread, desserts, and fruits. The hot spring is natural and free to use for guests staying in the hotel. The service is very good, divided into male and female baths. There is a large and a small outdoor pool, the small pool is higher, sitting and watching the snow-covered pine trees. Standing up, you can see the snow-covered wilderness. The scenery outside the window is very good. You can see Rizhao Jinshan (Mount Biei and Mt. Tokachi at sunset) from the room. The facilities are not bad except for the old bathroom. Breakfast and dinner for three people (a very common banquet meal) only costs 1,000 RMB. It also includes free pick-up and drop-off from Asahikawa Station and free pick-up and drop-off from Aoike in the evening. It is very cost-effective. The waiters also answered all questions and were eager to help. The most special experience was soaking in an open-air hot spring in the heavy snow the next morning, just like the Hokkaido macaques

The hotel is close to the cable car station. You can also walk to the cable car station, which is convenient. However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, and I don't know how to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner. It is a very old-fashioned air conditioner. In any case, the hotel was comfortable to stay in. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was normal, so I could stay there.
