Pergamos Village

Just a great friendly hotel with lovely staff and everything you need in one street. Large family pool is warm and clean with plenty of sunbeds, chairs and tables to eat the freshly cooked dishes. Rooms are clean and comfortable and all have balconies. We are made to feel so welcome by the family who run Pergamos. Back again next year.

Very good value for money lge basic apartment cleaned every day. Lovely pool area staff very friendly and helpful food around pool and restaurant very good. Bus stop at end of road bus either direction every 20 mins

Argy and his family created such a relaxed atmosphere the resort felt like a private club where everyone chatted together. I think we were the only guests who catered for ourselves in the basic, but functional, kitchen area. Everyone else ate at the very close taverna, run by Argy's parents, and highly recommended for their meat dishes. As vegetarians we found most menus offered us little choice and the nearest reasonably sized supermarket was a bus or car ride away. However the pool area and bar are lovely and well looked after. I will treasure the memories of swimming while swallows swooped and dipped over the water. I can understand why so many guests visit again and again.

Had a fabulous 10 day stay here with family. Pool was lovely and warm, Argy was a great host along with Viscillious his nephew who ran the bar area. Very helpful in advising where to go to eat out etc. Short walking distance to beach and water park which again was brilliant. Beds were made daily by housekeeper. Bus stops right outside and relatively cheap to get around to various places. Internet was brilliant and even worked in our room which was a bonus. Would most definitely go back again to stay here as felt lovely and welcome.

Another lovely stay at Pergamos. Located in a quiet non tourist area this family run accommodation is perfect for people wanting authentic Greece. The self catering rooms are basic no frills but very spacious. Clean towels, sheets and rooms cleaned regularly. All have outdoor seating, drying racks and air con (aircon extra fee) small but reasonably equipped kitchen area. TV 's are a bit last century with few channel choices which is OK for those of us who aren't particularly there to watch TV however on a rainy day it would be good to watch TV if not in the rooms then having a working tv in the large reception are might be helpful. We'll stocked library of paperback books kept those of us avid readers well supplied. The pool is beautiful and there's never an issue over sunbeds due to people going sight seeing or to the beach. The pool bar is open all day for drinks and reasonably priced snacks. For dining you can hop across the road to the families taverna for authentic Greek home cooking. Or a short bus trip to Kolymbari if you want different dining options, supermarkets etc. Arge manages the accommodation so well and is a wonderful host making everyone welcome. It's a great testament to Pergamos that people return year after year. We shall certainly be returning

Pretty crap all round Dirty bathroom crappy shower Rude staff No clean towels without a moan in Greek Cat crap everywhere especially our balcony/terrace area ! Couldn’t sit outside the room with the smell Stray dogs all over the show and a pretty hostile manager that wouldn’t swap rooms for us Tele was from 1942 so the kids were miffed off ! No remote all week cos he wouldn’t sort it out ? Kitchenette was from even further back in time with no space to chop a butty and no pans or pots Worms and bugs all over the show Pool was grubby Pretty pished off to be fair Also don’t stand on them stepping stones in the pool cos they’re slippy as ! Fell off them and smashed my leg to bits and nearly died 😎
