I went very cheap with a non-designated room plan. I was worried about what kind of room, but I was able to do it on the top 4 floor. Maybe it's weekdays, but I'm very happy. Dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious. The front desk was polite and the restaurant was very polite and nice smile. The bath is probably renovated or new, and there is a hydrogen water server and it is very satisfying. The open-air bath outside had two small cherry blossom baths. The sea was a view from the room. It is cold in winter, but I want to go to summer.

I headed for the end of work and reached 2,130th place at night, but I was relieved to welcome you. The double bed was easy to connect and I was able to sleep comfortably with my elementary school children. The amenities are minimal, simple and clean. In February 2022, the sixth wave of Covid-19 had started to ebb. I visited this ryokan in Amatsu-kominato on the southern seaside of the Boso Peninsular to enjoy a quiet stay and onsen bath. I had visited Amatsu-kominato before but it was the first time to stay at this ryokan. The ryokan was much larger than I had expected and was quite busy in spite of the pandemic. This was a surprise for me, as there were very few travelers at the sightseeing spots in the vicinity. It was a cold day and I enjoyed a quick bath in the rooftop public bath. I had ordered an early supper which was served in the guest tatami room I was staying. The southern seaside of the Boso Peninsular is a great place to enjoy fresh seafood and I was looking forward to the meal. I was not let down. Starting from a full set of appetizers using local seafood and including assorted fresh sashimi. the course also included a small grilled half lobster and a simmered red Kinme-dai (a local favorite). Although each dish was not that voluminous, I quickly became full leaving not much room for the red snapper rice and dessert at the end. I took an early bath (which opens from 5am) before breakfast served in one of their banquet rooms. They had quite a decent selection of western style dishes as well as local dishes to help yourself to. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Their room rate is higher than average, but well worth it to enjoy a relaxing break at a seaside onsen ryokan.

The meal is a Viking, but there were few items made of business ingredients in a common hotel, and many items that I thought would have been made at the hotel were delicious. Sashimi, sashimi, scallop, and tempura were also good! The dessert pudding and the cake of the strawberry were delicious. I was happy that there was mango syrup pickles for breakfast, and mago tea pickles (sashimi tea pickles) were the best! Above all, the hotel person was able to use the Viking comfortably because he checked the beans and cleaned them. The hotel is old, but there was a point that I could supplement the color 々 and I was able to spend a good new year.
