The condominium hotel is huge. Although furnishings are not new and in top conditions, the room is still clean and comfortable. Washing machine and dryer are also available in the room. Sunrise view from the balconies is possible but it was cloudy in the morning when we checked out. Carpark is available and free. Front desk staff are friendly. A very affordable place to stay for those exploring the east coast.

We had a fantastic family trip staying at the Kamogawa Grand Tower! Our condominium-style room was incredibly spacious, making it very comfortable for our family with a young child. The awesome counter kitchen was a real highlight – fully equipped and perfect for preparing snacks or light meals, which is so convenient. The panoramic view from our room was beautiful, and even the private bath in our room was impressively large. We also loved the free access to the onsen at the neighboring Grand Hotel; the short walk over there, especially in the evening, was quite pleasant. Plus, having a supermarket conveniently close by was a big advantage. A minor point was the breakfast offering: our booking information had indicated a buffet, but we were actually served a traditional Japanese-style (washoku) set meal. While this was a little disappointing as we were looking forward to a buffet, the washoku breakfast itself was nonetheless very delicious and high quality! Overall, this hotel is perfect for families with little kids, offering comfort, space, and great amenities. Highly recommend!

The place is so cool and wide. The staffs are so friendly and didn’t expected that the plates that we used in the breakfast will also washed by the staffs and it brings me more respect in this hotel. Thank you for the good services🙏🏼❤️

We loved this service apartment /hotel. The suite is so big and there is an inhouse onsens and the seaview balcony is huge . We could hear waves crashing outside . Location nearby Sea world

Super spacious is the only thing i would compliment about the hotel. It just like an old fashion service apartment which has not very well maintained

The price/performance ratio is beyond expectation! The room is very large, fully equipped with kitchen, double balcony and double bathroom. The front desk was proactive and enthusiastic and helped me call a taxi. Although it takes 17 or 18 minutes to walk to the JR station, a taxi is only 600 or 700 yen, and the overall price/performance ratio is still much better than the hotels near the station. It is recommended for family travel. In addition, there is a bus from the JR station to Chiba at 6:20 am, which can stop at Kimitsu Furusato Bussankan near Nomizo Falls.

If the weather is good, I think the location is great. Although it's not a hot spring, there is a large communal bath and the room is a condominium type, so we were able to relax.

It was nice that there was a microwave in the room so we could heat up things we bought at the convenience store.

We stayed here on a last-minute trip to Kamogawa Sea World, our first in 10 years! We stayed with 4 adults and 1 junior high school student. There were some stains on the carpet, but it was no problem for a one-night stay and we didn't mind it. The room was very spacious, with 2 toilets, 2 sets of chairs and tables for 4, a bed and futon, as well as a closet and kitchen, making it a rare room and very comfortable. Even with 4 adults it felt spacious! It was great that we could use the hot spring at the Kamogawa Grand Hotel opposite! The hot spring was much better than I expected and we were able to refresh ourselves! I think I'll stay here again the next time I go to Kamogawa!

The food and location are excellent.

We stayed for one night for the price (4 adults + 1 child). Thank you very much. [Summer vacation with my friend and her children] Children under 4 years old are free. The price was adult for 6 and 7 year olds. My friend and I are adults, so that's 4 adults and 1 child. On the day of check-in, my friend forgot her toothbrush. I thought the hotel had one! I thought we would be arriving late, so I called to confirm. They said they didn't have a children's set. Towels were only for 4 adults. Of course, yukatas were for 4 adults. (That's right. Elementary school children can't wear yukatas.) The view, price, and cleanliness were really great! If you have children, don't forget your children's supplies! P.S. There is an additional charge for additional towels.

Thank you for taking care of my daughter and two grandchildren. The room was spacious and clean, and the children were treated with care and consideration during meals, so we were able to have a fun time. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very responsive. thank you very much.

The reception was not great. They were overbooked for table tennis but they had no alternative.
