Nice apartment right on the Rhine; mountain-side balcony; centrally located

Great vacation Perfect location for vacation in the Rhine Valley. Easy walk to the train plus the added benefit of a train pass for the entire stay. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us. One word of caution the stairs are very steep. Not for someone with mobility issues. Christina met us at the unit and answered our questions all week. She was a very goid host and we would definitely stay there again.

Charming Vacation Rental on the Rhein River We rented this apartment in order to visit a dear friend in the area and to take in the sights. This spacious 3rd floor walkup met our needs perfectly. This unit directly faces the Rhein River and there is a great view of the river from the living room. In addition to the view, the location was ideal: five minutes by car to the nearest Rewe grocery store and a four-minute walk to the train station where, on one of our days, took the train directly into Frankfurt. Moreover, we were in the heart of historic Rheinland region with castles and wineries. We were also within easy walking distance of the Rheinkonig Hotel where we enjoyed a delicious coffee and cheesecake. The owner, who speaks fluent English, met us on our arrival and helped us check in; she was very flexible in meeting our needs. We really enjoyed our stay.
