Great amenities

We decided to spend at Fontis a night on Valentine’s Day but the services are customer is 0/10, we arrived at the basement parking with luggage and a child but no one to show direction or even help with with bags. We reached the reception were given the room key card and went to the room, the room was okay very clean and well arranged. During dinner the service was the worst I have seen in my life, we reached and had no where to sit and we stood like for 15mins the people trying to get where to sit us down and finally when they did. We waited for someone to serve us for 40mins and finally when they came the guy told us his a casual and doesn’t know a lot and he said let me call someone to serve you and when that someone came they gave us a menu and we waited for another 15mins until we called someone lady called Eunice who served us and apologized when we explained to her. Please for the hotel like Fontis this is too low and when we were checking out like another couple also was complaining about the same and he even told your reception people to call for a meeting and address your poor services.

It was my first time in Uganda and in Fontis Residence Hotel, I really appreciate the service we received from the hotel. The staff are really helpful and well organized. I will definitely come back next time. I will love to thank the Food and beverage Manager Rashid. He is really awesome guy with a very good hospitality experience. Thank you so much and up the good work.

Had a lovely breakfast here with friends. The place is really well built and beautiful. We had the breakfast area to ourselves. The service wasn’t great at all unfortunately. The food was quite nice though again let down by service. Just four breakfasts could not be served at the same time. The coffee was truly exceptional and I must investigate that a little more. Price was as expected for such a lovely place.

I loved the reception and the warm welcome, the place looks great and the bar Huchu is a good one for a laid back feeling as you drink some. The food was fairly great and the poolside is excellent. Me and the colleagues will surely be back

Its a calm, quiet and beautiful environment to catch up with friends . Security at the entrance was very helpful and keen. We had lunch at the restaurant and ordered rib eye and T bone steak. The steak was dry without flavor. We didn’t like the Food . Our server was very friendly.

Stayed on BB basis. Should offer variety for breakfast. Friendly staff esp the pool attendant and front office staff. Spacious and clean rooms but lacked sufficient bathroom amenities for the rate they are charging. Loved the gym, pool and the privacy of the hotel.
