The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help — they truly make you feel at home. I was also very impressed by the top-notch security throughout the property, which gave me complete peace of mind during my stay. Highly recommend Mestil to anyone visiting Kampala — it’s one of the best hospitality experiences in the city! ⸻

Can you believe it... a fire broke out while I was sleeping! But we were moved to another room in time! And it was alright! The facilities are a bit old, but the service and safety were very good!

I chose this hotel for a business trip to Uganda. The hotel environment is very good, it is new, clean and comfortable. It's just that the service attitude of the black guy at the front desk on the night of check-in was really average, and the service in the lobby was average. On the contrary, the restaurant staff is very enthusiastic.

Checkin is 2-3pm, not 11am as per *******. Too conservative on resources, water dispensers are switched off, a/c is off in some rooms like gym, bathrooms didn’t smell good or fresh, etc Price was decent though considering alternatives.
