Great location! Friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast and free ironing services but limited to two pieces per day.   Short on amenities, no swimming pool, no spar service and noice pollution in the night for rooms facing the garden. Advisable to carry your own iron. Recommended if you are a business traveler and do not care about the missing amenities.

So calm here in busiest part of Kampala

This hotel has a thief, and their staff are colluding with them. We lost RMB and local currency here and reported it to the manager, who was very friendly but kept delaying the issue, neither providing a solution nor checking the security cameras. My friend and I were having dinner together this morning when the restaurant staff asked us for our room numbers. When we returned to our room, we discovered our money was missing. We later figured out that the staff member who asked for our room number in the restaurant tipped off their accomplice, who then stole our money. This is our hypothesis. Our room was only accessible to hotel staff, not outsiders, so the hotel staff were the thieves. Collapse~

I would stay here all the time if I had nothing to do. It's quiet and well-equipped. I've been here more than ten times. However, toothbrushes are not generally provided here.

The room facilities are very ordinary, the hygiene is OK, the room facilities are old and do not match the price

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, and this is a hotel I often use when I'm on a business trip to Kampala.

The environment is good, clean and sanitary, and the service is attentive.
