Dusty floors badly lit rooms poorly furnished with no place to sit and attend to the occasional work. I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff are efficient but robotic

It has been a pleasant stay despite short. Convenient location with eatery just next door and around the corner. For a small family, it is definitely a good choice, as the room space is also quite good. Just to pay an attention to the parking space during night time.

Pro: A nice, chic hotel in a strategic location near food places and a big Econsave hypermarket. Easy & ample parking. Cons: Not used to a bathroom without a door, though. The room was too dim with only warm lighting. Upgrading to a window room was too costly for me. Front desk service could be improved. Plug sockets were too far from the bed. The one near the bed needed maintenance; it looked to be sticking out from the wall, and I didn't dare to use it.

The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The toilet water pressure was tremendous, and the heater worked, too. Great location and amenities. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The overall experience was good. The hotel exceeded my expectations! Will stay again.
