The room is very clean, there is a big swimming pool, and the staff are very welcoming friendly and helpful. The restaurant is staying in a good location that provides us with the mountain 🏔️ view . If you like nature I highly recommend it 😉.

The front desk reservation service is poor. Midnight when I was sleeping, front desk had bring some new guests to check in my room, without knock the door or double check, they can open my door directly and get inside. Without any explanation, even a sorry when u check out. Upon my check out I also asked the front desk why it happened like that, no one can give me an answer. Hotel said I did not raise the issue when it happened, should I shout it loud at midnight? funny management
