The room was substandard for what we paid. Kampot is beautiful. We would definitely choose to stay closer to the town next time

The view from Kampot was probably one of the best, but the bed in the old room really hurt my back. The room interior was decent, but since it's an old villa-style room with a lot of wooden fixtures, there was a fair amount of corrosion. Still, it wasn't a major inconvenience.

A fantastic, relaxing spot right by the river. Our room was wonderfully large and spacious, featuring an inviting bathtub. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough hot water to fully enjoy a soak, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that minor hiccup, it was overall a memorable and pleasant stay.

The location is ok, we travel by our car so the location is fine. The room is ok, the bed is comfortable. There are enough facilities for kids to play and have fun. The bathroom is not clean. The shower head doesnโ€™t have a support, and the water pressure is weak, making it difficult to take shower.

Room not ready when checked in, locker got broken and needed fixing...had to checked in at 5 instead of 2pm. AC also seemed to be broken. anything else was good the location the view and everything were amazing.

Location is amazing and very beautiful with river view, great for sunset and sunrise watching, but the hotel is not clean considering the price. We see the waste from kitchen and toilets are going down the river, our room is facing the river, we can see waste floating on the river at the corner and by the edge. The staffs should be more proactive to clean and get the floating waste and plastic out of the river by their guest house. Room is not clean, some dirt and stains on the bedsheets and towels they gave. Reception was not friendly and no one was there when we arrived, we had to wait and raised our voice to call for someone to come and check us in.
