This is a very cute hotel. Right on the river with a helpful and friendly staff. The city itself was not my style, but this hotel is really great. Reminds me of something in Bali. Don’t be afraid to book a bungalow without aircon in February. It wasn’t hot at night.

The place was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The seafood there is fresh and tasty😄

Would not recommend to stay here 1) distant location, but still not quiet - party close to the place 2) not friendly stuff 3) brown dirty water from the sink and shower 4) no wifi working all the time 5) dirty - not cleaning the room during 5 days of my stay

This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in Southeast Asia. The service attitude is very poor. The room problems are not solved. When I checked in, I found that the WF in the room was not good. I asked to change the room, but the staff insisted that it was good and refused to change. The most annoying thing is that I have to pay an extra 15 US dollars to change the room. I negotiated with the staff to return or exchange, but it was not allowed. The room problem was not solved. The service attitude is super bad. Finally, I contacted Ctrip customer service to communicate and coordinate with them. Finally, they changed me to a large room with many beds on the grounds that there was no room. I was speechless. The bath towels were rotten, there was not even a kettle in the room, and the mattresses were all cheap sponge mats. There was a smell when I lay on it. I was speechless! I booked a double bed room, and they changed it to this thing. Especially the service attitude of the front desk of the hotel is super bad!
