The location is good. The breakfast seem a little. Andthe door of bathroom is quite old, the hotel should renovated.

The room is spacious with two beds, and the bathroom is also very large. Most importantly, the front desk service was excellent. The only drawback is the lack of parking, which was a bit disappointing, but everything else was perfect.

Beautiful hotel with spotless spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and greatl shower. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had booked in for a week but unfortunately could only stay one night due to an ankle injury which made it impossible to stay here as not wheelchair friendly at all, which was an absolute shame. Breakfast was basic, but could have a cooked breakfast. Good location with a short walk to bars and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay in this room. The first thing that stands out is how spacious and incredibly clean the entire area is. The polished marble-style floors and large windows make the space feel bright, airy, and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable experience. Hotel Review Overall, my stay at this hotel was okay, but there are some areas that could be improved. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bedsheets and room were not as clean as I expected, which affected my overall experience. Some areas also looked like they needed more attention and maintenance. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping and cleanliness standards because the hotel has good potential. With better attention to these details, the stay could be much more enjoyable.

Spacious room and very kind staff. The room was clean, but its age and the worn-out furniture (stains, damaged countertop) gave a dirty impression. The foul odor in the room was also a shame. Overall, it was an OK stay, but improvements are needed.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Terrible service. The room wasn't clean, the shower gel smelled like vomit, and there was no toothbrush holder (don't even think about putting it next to the sink, given how filthy it was). The sheets had broken zippers, so they were hanging out of the covers. There was no soundproofing whatsoever; you could hear all the noise outside, not to mention the staff shouting in the hallways in the morning (don't expect me to have a great morning). The fridge wasn't plugged in, and the water bottles seemed old (they had a strange taste). Finally, I had to leave a night early, and the manager told me he hadn't received the email from the booking platform regarding the change (even though the platform confirmed it had been sent). He said he would process the refund when he received it. After my checkout, I received an email telling me I wouldn't be refunded; this coward waited until I left to reply to the email (and had assured me of a refund)

The hotel is generally good and offers decent value for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, there were some noise issues at night, especially from people walking nearby, which made it a bit hard to rest. With better noise control, the stay could be more comfortable. Overall, it is a reasonable choice for a short stay.

I stayed here for a training trip. Although it was a bit far from the training venue, the hotel's central location in Kampot made it incredibly convenient to access nearby restaurants and supermarkets, so I was very satisfied with the location. The room I was assigned was spacious and airy, which was lovely, but on the other hand, the shower stall was extremely cramped and inconvenient to use, which was a shame. Additionally, the old air conditioner was quite noisy, and a large number of ants appeared in the middle of the night, making it very difficult for me to sleep. However, the front desk staff were excellent and their warm hospitality really made up for it. Given the superb service and convenience, I really hope they can improve the hardware aspects like air conditioning and hygiene management.

I recommend it for its location, the staff is very helpful, and the rooms are truly spacious!

Fairly central location. Large rooms. Not too noisy. Decent Aircon. Average breakfast. Good value for money.

Room was a good size, but could have done with some decoration. Unfortunately the fridge smelt of durian! Buffet breakfast was a bit cold.
