I originally planned to stay for three nights and was very satisfied with my stay. However, due to unexpected circumstances, I asked the front desk around 3 a.m. on the last night to extend my stay by one more night. Since I made the request directly at the front desk (not through a third-party site), I believed it would be handled as a simple extension. The staff accepted payment, but only after that told me I would need to change rooms. I was informed that I could speak with the front desk again in the morning to arrange the room change. When I went to the front desk around 9 a.m., I was told there were no rooms available and that I would need to wait until 3 p.m. to check in again. I found this quite confusing — if that’s the case, it doesn’t really feel like a “stay extension.” In that case, I could have chosen another hotel. In the end, because I needed more time to pack, I was charged a 2,000 yen late fee. I understand hotel policy, but considering I had already paid to “extend” my stay, it didn’t feel very reasonable. I don’t mind paying, but the situation itself left me a bit disappointed.

The hotel looks new. smooth check in and check out. Staff speaks very good English and very helpful. Rooms area big and spacious. Location is good too. Will definitely recommended to stay here.

Good location, within walking distance to the JR station. Room is very spacious. The hotel was very full on the days we stayed at the hotel, facilities was quite crowded.

Location Good But noise of train is very loud

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and conveniently located close to the station. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was relatively spacious for Japan. While there's a 7-Eleven downstairs, shopping isn't particularly convenient, as the area is predominantly office buildings and lacks traditional Japanese streets or local architecture with character.

Perfect, huge room! I love it, the position is very close to the train station which is really convenient!

Location: While the hotel is a bit of a walk from Kanazawa Station, the underground passage makes getting there quite convenient. Room: We were incredibly grateful for the surprisingly spacious room, a rare find in Japan. It even came with a convenient wet bar. There were also two comfy sofas and footrests, perfect for unwinding and reflecting after a long day. The only minor drawback was that room cleaning is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Since we only stayed for three nights, we had to take our used towels to the front desk for replacements. However, we could bag our trash and leave it outside the door for housekeeping to collect. For those who don't mind this policy, the overall experience was excellent. It was incredibly liberating to have enough space to keep our suitcases fully open throughout our stay. The price was also very reasonable, offering exceptional value for money.

Spacious room, japanese style Cool a/c not available in November, only heating system, use window instead

The room for two persons is large and clean. There’s a working zone including a desk and a chair. It’s comfortable to sit and write. There are two small armchairs for you to sit, sip coffee and relax. It’s a cozy room, worth to stay.

The location is the best thing about this hotel; the room is big and comfortable. Just need to be clearer that they don’t clean your room.
