Boutique style hotel with attractive location on the River Kwai, a few hundred metres from the bridge. The hotel is immaculately maintained and although the rooms are small, the bed is comfortable. The outstanding highlight is undoubtedly the riverside terrace on which one can enjoy a well prepared and diverse breakfast (Asian / Western options), dinner and evening cocktails. Staff are friendly and efficient and contribute to the pleasant ambience. Great spot for a relaxing weekend and as a base for exploring Kanchanaburi’s attractions.

Buffet breakfast is good , hotel is near downtown. Have many restaurants there. Staff is professional and good in English.

We have stayed at several U Hotel branches, and this one truly stands out for its exceptional service. The staff warmly welcomed us and were very friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were proactive in accommodating additional requests, and even the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us, there was a small gap under the door where mosquitoes could enter the room, but the maid quickly addressed it by placing a cloth to seal it. We were genuinely impressed by their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience. The only area for improvement would be the warm water system, as it didn’t function consistently. Apart from that, everything else was excellent

Lovely hotel with a stunning view on the river. The pool was greatc and the service exceptional. Lots of choice for food, although quite expensive. It was delicious, though. Room was a bit too small for me.

Great hotel near the river Kwai bridge. Room is very spacious (worth upgrading from base room). Just a bit dark. Only con is the abundance of flies everywhere in breakfast area due to the hotel location being right by the river. Apart from that, enjoyed my stay and won't hesitate to be back again.

U inchantree is the best accommodations where I ‘ve never been it before in Kanchanaburi. Reasons are location, cleanliness, feel like your home and super friendly host. Location: This place is located closed city center and attraction places. It was easily for transportation. Moreover, This place also closed to local markets ,supermarkets and 24hr. Mart. You can find anything you want at there: fresh food, restaurants, bakeries,..etc. Cleanliness: The place was very clean in all rooms, bedrooms ,bathrooms and balcony. The last important things why the place is perfect place in Kanchannaburi. Because of the staffs is so nice and friendly . They are very friendly and helpful. These are all reasons which I can said the U Inchantree is PERFECT.

Very nice and clean hotel. Room size good, front desk excellent, housekeeping excellent, restaurant good, hotel staff very good. Would definitely stay here again
