We had a team of 35 went for lunch in Petals. We were looking for a good place for food. The arrangement, hospitality was excellent. The food had very good spread, live counter was active and very good. The taste of all dishes were excellent. Overall, The group enjoyed the whole lunch. It was a great experience.

A huge thank you to the incredible team at Fourpoints by Sheraton for their exceptional hospitality! From the seamless event coordination by Kamal to the flawless banquet service by Nanmairaj, every detail was handled with utmost care and professionalism. The massive hall provided ample space for our event, and the flawless AV setup in the banquet hall ensured our entertainment ran smoothly without a hitch. A special shout-out to Chef Vijayakumar and the entire Culinary Team! We truly appreciated the care and detailing shown by providing a tasting session beforehand, which ensured that everything was perfect and nothing went wrong with the food on the day. We were so grateful for their flexibility in accommodating last-minute menu changes, and the lunch spread they prepared was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our event was a success! There are so many wonderful things about this hotel: the beautiful rooms nicely furnished in a courtyard atmosphere; the delicious food served in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the lush tropical grounds. All of the staff members were incredible; so friendly, kind, patient, and made you a priority. (The only thing that I did not like about this hotel was that there was no handrail going into the swimming pool . I have a little mobility issue and had to have one of the staff members help me in and out of the pool. Of course they gladly did so.)

Recently stayed with family for one day. Excellent stay and friendly staffs. Rooms were so neat and clean. Food was delicious and staffs in restaurant were so helping (Hari to mention). Few misses would be: they don’t have a private beach.. also noticed many guests were allowed to swim in cotton dresses.. Otherwise it’s a good property to visit ***** with family.
