It was... horrible....
Staff was friendly... nothing to complain on that.. they tried their best to help and cater the needs... but the facility was so baddddd.....
Staff still a good 8/10 ... complained on the room issue they sent technician instantly over.
But room was consistently blacking out... whole night of stay it black out more than 8 times. it was a horrible experience... i did not sign up for an escape room.
Shower water was salty and I could not brush my teeth nor shower with it...
Can consistently felt my body soapy even after numerous rinse...
horrific experience...
Will definitely not come again...
Breakfast choices was decent... but quality was mehh.... 4/10
I understand it was a rather cheap hotel. But basic facilities cannot be this bad. this is not acceptable.

The experience was soo good with the hotel , yummy food and service, the staff is very professional and supportive. Rooms size big and neat and clean property in the bottom of the city. My office is just 10 min away from hotel. Travel is very good manage by them. In Morning buffet breakfast,they keep lots of options for veg and non veg people, room are mostly occupied at that time , but the staff promptly responding for the service. My mother could not able to go down for breakfast, so for a 5 days stay we never call them for breakfast, their service team always send food on time, we were very happy to share the feedback. Definitely a place to stay for corporate work

I and my wife enjoyed our stay our friend had recommended me to stay at Renest I appreciate his recommendation I loved the food here at renest specially buffet and it’s huge spread I loved the comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms and good am entities staffs were great humble and kind

I ae wonderdulstuat renest. I work at port in. Mundra an hve beenstaying here for quite some time. The staff really made me feel at home. The rooms are really good and spacious. All ameneties ar apt. The food wa great and happening. Must visit hotel.
