Staff were friendly, caring and helpful. Especially, Ashan, who was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Fresh towels given each day and rooms cleaned daily. Room included the following amenities, free wifi, toiletries, safe, air conditioning, complementary bottled water. Hotel in a convenient location; 15 minutes from Kandy railway station. Nearby attractions include Kandy Lake (5 minutes -walking distance) and The temple of the sacred Tooth Relic (10 minutes -walking distance)

The air conditioner in the hotel was so loud that I couldn't sleep all night. The location is excellent and you can walk to the main attractions. Breakfast was ordered and was very slow. I waited for almost half an hour.

The facilities are old and the air conditioner is too loud. I live on the 3rd floor. It's too noisy. I don't know what machine is buzzing outside. I was very tired and didn't sleep all night.

A beautiful modern and clean cafe in the centre of Kandy. We called in for breakfast and were warmly welcomed by great staff. The food which was cooked in a visible, spotless kitchen was delicious. I can't recommend this place enough, what a great find!

Great cafe. Nice food, especially if you're after a change from rice, though they have that too. The place was clean. Super friendly service which is the main teason Im writing this review. Recommend the club sandwich. Will come back if I'm in the area.

We stayed here for one night before catching the train to Ella. Very convenient location as close to the train station and the main sights in Kandy. Rooms are very basic but it does the job (although no fridge!). The staff were really lovely- special thanks to Pubusera for making it a memorable stay. The food in the hotel restaurant was nice too. Would recommend!

This hotel provides a nice breakfast but overall the room is very dated, the aircon leaked and so did the taps. We did have someone look at the aircon but were told to keep it on a higher temperature to resolve the issue but the water was not cleaned up. However, the worst thing about this hotel was the noise throughout the night, there is a sign or loose bit of cladding/roofing that constantly bangs. This is in a good location to visit the Temple of the Tooth and have a walk around Kandy. The staff were pleasant but had one person with a bit of an attitude unnecessarily.
