Great place for families and or couples. However I did have to leave early as their after hours / room service was unable to meet my dietary requirements and there was no professional / business services available at the time markets open in the West. But I would definitely go back if I was looking to holiday, just relax etc.

Very quiet location. Front counter staffs are very helpful. If they got lift access more convenient. Recommend place for peaceful vacation.

The location was amazing, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was fairly good, the room was clean, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The only thing I didn't like about the bathroom was that the shower was inside the bathtub. I wasn't comfortable using the bathtub, so this setup wasn't ideal for me. Unfortunately, the room service was a major disappointment. It may have been a one-off issue, but we waited hour for our food even though the hotel seemed to be only around 30% occupied. When the order finally arrived, several items were missing, some of the dishes were incorrect, and the food quality was so poor that we sent it back. The manager did try to resolve the situation, which we appreciated, but by then it was too late—we had already lost our appetite and ended up ordering from Uber Eats instead.

Very nice place , we really enjoyed and we recommend apart from its location which is far from the city . But there are advantages being away from the city as air is so clean and no noise at all, very relaxing place . For sure we will back

Nice location. Beautiful view. Great service as well. Staff is nice. Breakfast spread is good - although many items were very salty. Same for dinner buffet. One issue - no lift. So people who cant take stairs are unable to go to bar above or spa below.

The Hotel locationis excellent. its on hill and views are amazing. Food was good only issue we had was during checkout when no one was available to get the luggage from room . Its 2nd floor with no lift.

Excellent service from the F&B team. Very attentive service! So welcoming! Just one downside, the bed mattress is too soft, my back hurts after the sleep.

The elevator smelled really weird. Rooms has great views but dated. Breakfast, dinner and amenities are average.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location and I must say, it was a nice place with outstanding scenery. If you enjoy a mountainous vibe, this is definitely one of the best spots to visit. The food was quite good, and the garden was absolutely beautiful. I especially appreciated Mr. Yoga, who guided us through the gardens and provided excellent support. One thing to keep in mind is that there are no elevators (only stairs). We stayed on the third floor and while the view was lovely, we did encounter some mosquitoes inside the room.

A nice hotel with beautiful views, especially since we checked in right at sunset – it was stunning! The cleanliness was good. The only downside is its location on a hill, so getting there from the city can involve some traffic.

Very difficult to reach as the road is very narrow and steep. Breakfast was good with quite a lot selection. But the coffee was not nice, tea was much better. It’s a quite old hotel, and the service was not that attentive.
