Dj's Duck Creek Village cabin

Great New Years Trip We loved our stay, it was nice and clean, plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked. I thought it got a little cold, even with the heat and fire going, but that might have just been a personal problem haha.

We Love DJ’s cabin in Duck Creek Our stay at the DJ’s cabin was excellent. It was very comfortable and family friendly. The hosts were great to deal with and were extremely friendly and helpful. If you want a quiet stay in the beautiful mountains of southern Utah I would highly recommend.

Sweet, cozy cabin in the mountains! We had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at Daniel’s place. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Turkey day feast. There was a sizable stack of wood on the porch, ready for the wood stove which we enjoyed while snow fell outside. A ton of board games and just the right amount of space for a family of 4 with younger kids and a family of 3 with a teen. And Daniel was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great experience at DJ’s! As a side note - the weather in Duck Creek Village seems a little unpredictable. Our group loved the wintry weather during our stay but even after monitoring the forecast before our trip, the 8 inches of snow was a surprise. We are accustomed to the snow where we live but even our 4WD could have used chains at one point to get up the hill to the cabin. And thank you to Daniel who had the driveway plowed immediately after it snowed which was very thoughtful and he even called to make sure we were doing okay! Take home message is if you are traveling to Duck Creek in the winter, be prepared. Bring chains just in case and warm/snow clothes and boots. But it is totally worth it and you will be rewarded with a most gorgeous venue for cozy winter vibes a warm memories! (Even our teenager enjoyed the stay and wants to make it a tradition! 😆)
