Bridgewater Apartments

The room 5067 Studio apartment was disappointing. The bathroom smelt, but maintenance fixed it very quickly. Kitchen cupboards were shabby paint flaking off. The unit look tied and bathroom the tile grouting needs to be clean. It needs an upgrade.

Very very good, close to CBD are, best water view. service is so good!

Great view and air conditioning works well but not clean and so much blue tack everywhere. The bathrooms were horror and need updating so badly - no one wanted to shower there. Whole apartment needs updating. Really not great.

Rooms are old need to be renovated Carpet dirty, curtains were dirty mark all over them ,bathroom was a disgrace Only half a roll of toiltet paper Maybe management should be checking rooms Grounds a lovely, lifts and hallways and entrance spotless. Photos on web sit do not refect the room We will not be staying at Bridgewater again

I've stayed here before and had no problems, however this time was somewhat different. Air conditioning in our room didn't work and the room was very hot. I contacted the front desk about this and they said they would send someone up, but there was no change to the situation, and I heard nothing further from the staff. The front desk was also closed a fair portion of our stay over the weekend. The room also smelt odd, there was a clumb of something weird half squashed into the carpet, and one of the beds was made with a mattress protector instead of a duvet. The pool was very nice, however the spa and sauna were both cold. On the otherhand, the location here is quite good, and quite easy to get to CBD/Southbank via ferries.

Everything was fine, didn't use the facilities as it was a 1 night stay but I did check them out.Could easily spend a week here.
