They were charging extra for everything they charged extra for the water bottle too. Location is good

The hotel room looks decent. It had a mold smell and the bathroom was stinking a lot! we also found cockroach legs floating in our chicken manchow soup. Except for the above issues, the rest was good.

The hotel is in such a difficult place with winding roads, and the car body touches the ground. The hotel is not approachable with a sedan car, the ratw was too high rs 5233 for 2 night. We could not locate the hotel despite calling the manager, had talks with the local people, and came to know that after getting down from the car, one has to walk for some distance. This is difficult with luggage to carry. Ultimately, we had to look for some other hotel and forgo rs 5233. Secondly, being in such a difficult place its charge is very high. The hotel we booked is very clean, cozy and very cheap. I would suggest that makemytrip cancels the tie-up with such hotel in order to help the customer to have a hassle free stay and also for keeping its reputation. My rs 5233 has gone to drain

I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was quite disappointing. The lack of air conditioning made the room unbearably warm, with a small fan proving insufficient. Additionally, the rooms were extremely small, offering limited space to move around or store luggage. The cleanliness was also below standard, with noticeable dust and an overall feeling of being unkempt. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the lack of essential amenities, cramped space, and subpar cleanliness significantly detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel rooms are good. But the mountain view is not there, except room nos 101, 102 and 103. Though it was mentioned in the hotel website that the mountain view is there with a balcony.
