Truly a highlight of the experience. On top of that, the service was exceptional and the food was equally impressive. Thank you for creating such a memorable atmosphere. The hotel was very good and staff is very friendly, food is also very tasty Location is very good , Front office staff is very helpful and also smiling face ms. My experience delivered exactly an immersive, expertly curated journey into the avian treasures of this magical place, Blending local knowledge with unmatched passion, the trip was loud with songs, steeped in stunning landscapes, and guided with warmth and professionalism. From the very first inquiry, responses were prompt, courteous, and thorough. Every logistical detail was explicitly clarified dates, meeting points, gear recommendations, difficulty levels, and itinerary. They also shared helpful advice tailored to the time of year, ensuring I came well-prepared and bird activity. I felt confident and well-informed before even boarding the train to Pathankot. The trip spanned four days and five nights, with three full days allocated to birding across various elevations. Each place blended comfort (soft beds, quality linens, clean bathrooms) with locale‑centric charm—ensuring restful nights without ecological excess. Meals were delightful thoughtfully crafted affairs—with local seasonal produce, vegetarian specialties. Breakfast pancakes, fresh fruit and honey was the highlight. The staff is very polite and courteous and welcoming. We will come back soon .

"Had an amazing stay! The hotel food was absolutely delicious, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking. Plus, the staff was super friendly and very good, making the whole experience even more wonderful. Highly recommend!"

Me and my family had a great time. The rooms are really nice so the service is. We had two rooms which were interconnecting. Very well designed for family rooms. Generally the staff were kind and food was good. The location of the hotel is super. It's nice and calm for nature lovers.

We had a lovely time, decent accommodation and highlight was the staffs, the hotel seems to be full and they were accommodating very well. The restaurant is super, breakfast is one of the best. We shall come back soon for truind trekking.
