TV not working. Hot water facilities not available. Location nearby to Jodhpur railway station....

Dear Bus Service Provider, I traveled with your service on Monday night and wanted to share my feedback. Compared to other bus providers on the same route, I found the lack of privacy concerning. Unlike others, your bus did not have glass doors for each seat, making the journey less comfortable. Additionally, the lower berth was too close to the floor, leaving no space for shoe placement. As a result, other passengers placed their shoes near my pillow, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. The curtains were also not properly sized, failing to provide adequate privacy. I hope you can consider these points for improvement, as addressing them would greatly enhance passenger comfort

Hotel not available that time. You have froad hotel. I didn't stay because hotel staff not available not open the door.

Wrong location tag in google maps. Very small rooms and beds (not comfortable for 2 males)

1st problem is that there a mismatch in the real location it farther then the showing location ....and ...when I visit there hotel bedsheet was so much dirty and I asked the boy to change that but he denied even after saying many time and whole night mosquitoes were biting there no mosquitoe repellent was available in the room
